I really like coming to this store for all my needs, not just for me but for my grandparents & my mom. First of all, you always have disability riding carts charged & ready to go. I am young man and dont need them for myself. But I normally come in with either My mom & or my grandparents. And they all need a disability riding cart to get around the store (sometimes we need 2 carts) when we come in together. I feel that the elderly & disabled are important customers at your store, and they are important to me!! Its very hard on them if they cant go through the store with me, when we are getting things for them.. P.s. I stopped going to another store just because they never had working or charged disability riding carts this is very important to your elderly & disabled customers!!. So THANK YOU for putting them first & for always making sure that the disabled is taken care of at your store!! Also, the people working at your store are over the top & so helpful, always willing to give or direction.. My favorite check out lady Tessa nice & helpful when I come in.

I have shopped Home Depot for many years. I do a lot of small repair or replace work around my place. I usually go to the store looking for an odd item. I usually do not have to look for help. A salesman will ask if he or she can help me find what I need. It is a very friendly place to shop. It is well stocked and never a waste of time.

I find the employees at Home Depot more engaging. When I need something, they are always available with positive attitudes. The only bad experiences I have at HD are during the unbelievable Arizona summers OUTSIDE in the garden center (but the employees are still fantastic).

The store was clean. Workers were available. I was working on a complicated project and Farayl, Assistant Manager, jumped right in and walked me through the process. I left the store feeling confident because I had complete confidence that my project would turn out rightside up and not upside down! That's a great feeling.

I use this store as well as other on multiple occassions and as an owner of over 20 homes and property manager and contractor for over 1,800 homes it is extremely important to shop where friendly and courteous people work and have the knowledge of the business in order to service my needs.

Tom in the garden department is a Great knowledgeable and friendly employee. We had a lots of questions about our yard and Tom answered all of them. If someone is looking for information about there yard, trees and plants I would recommend going to the store on Germann and asking for Tom. You need to call to make sure he is working b/4 going an his schedule may change.

Used Buy Online Pick Up in Store option to save some time. Pickup system didn't work, three employees didn't know how to work it or open it or try and help. I had to show one of them how to scan the QR Code on the screen to show them that it wasn't working. Universal response was, I CAN'T HELP YOU

Outstanding Customer Service!

If you need help in the Garden Center picking out shrubs, flowers, trees, etc.. Ask for Manuel! He was amazing! Showed me all my options after I expressed what I was looking for. Educated me on all I was buying because I don't have knowledge about any plants and put everything in my cart for me. Took extra time out to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I will always go back to Home Depot Garden center and ask for him. He went above and beyond for sure! Way to go Manuel and THANK YOU!
