I needed products in almost every department (garden, lumber, plumbing, paint, HVAC, and general house supply) , there was someone readily available to answer questions and help me find products that I could only explain but didn't know what they were called.

I stopped shopping at Lowe’s several years ago due to extremely rude employees. Ever since, The Home Depot has become my number one home improvement store. In addition, I can honestly say that I feel very confident shopping in your store and receiving low prices on high-quality merchandise without having to price-check online with competitors. Overall, thank you for employing a friendly workforce because these one-on-one interactions can make or break customer and store relationships.

This store is always very clean and well stocked. Employees are super friendly and always willing to help. I brought my dog in with me last time and they treated him great (he got lots of attention and a treat)!

Frankie and Kelley provided amazing customer service to us, during our appliance purchase! They both saw the selection and transaction process through to the end, of a multiple appliance purchase. Both associates were courteous and friendly through the entire process.

Connie in kitchen design is great. She is knowledgeable about kitchen design and helped us plan a highly functional kitchen. She also helped us purchase our appliances and we saved a lot of money

I really like the greeter when I enter the store. He always has a smile on his face and is very knowledgeable about the store so he can direct me if I ask him to. Everyone had smiles and friendly voices. They were engaged in their interactions with me and I very much appreciated that.

I am always amazed by the availability and ease of finding exactly what I need for home improvements, hobies, and projects at HD. Also, the peoplet at my HD are the best, as they seem to have the intuition of when you need help with anything and are right there when you need them. The product selection is excellent as well, even when I find a deal on eBay or Amazon.....I get to my HD and there it is....same stuff and most of the time a better price. The HD experience is actually like a field trip for grown ups, I love trips to HD.

I had a good time at the store and I found right away the electronics need I was looking for. When I asked one associate where a particular item might be he stated that he was not sure. I gave him a good description of the item in question and he sent me in a very wrong direction. I asked another associate and he brought me directly to where the product was.

Cashiers were friendly. Associate that helped me was friendly but couldn't help me find what I needed. Instead of finding someone else suggested I go to another store to purchase.

I was more than a little disappointed with the service I received today by a sales associate while looking for a specific product. However, the Pro Desk could not have helped me more. Tim assisted with a smile and acted glad to do it. I will go back to the Home Depot in Chattanooga, TN and hopefully next time will be a better and more pleasant experience.

I needed help with supplies to build pvc marshmallow shooters for my son's birthday party. Will helped me find the materials I needed, then patiently hand cut the pvc pipe so all I had to do was assemble them. Thank you Will for making my day -- and my son's birthday! If you need help, ask Will!

The store was set up in a way I could find items! I bought the furnace filters for our home! I go there often for our filters and other household items such as cleaners, garden supplies and flowers. The Associates are very friendly. The store isles are clutter free! I would recommend this store to my friends or anyone interested in this type of store!
