I went last night about 15min before you guys were closing, and I do apologize for coming in so last minute… you know how the brain works when you are working on projects. Well I had to come in for some paint since a ran out and Faith was working that section and she was very professional and was absolutely amazing to us and did not treat us in anyway for getting to her so late, you definitely have an amazing employee right here, so treat her right…

I buy a lot of products from Home Depot and the people are always polite and helpful.

As I was shopping with my wife I caught the attention of an employee who slipped me a note asking if she could be of any assistance of my domestic issues ( I had sexually frustrated written all over me) I informed my wife went to bingo later that night9 pm) yes id love to. Before leaving I went to the restroom as soon as I shut the stall door it popped back open and she said she didn't want me to suffer any longer I intially went for paint but I left after I became a plumber an laid my pipe my wife asked what took so long I told her I had to do some cockiing in the bathroom! I ♥️ Home Deepothroat?

Went to the garden section on May 20, 2022. Couldn't find all I needed and the Cashier wasn't helpful at all. She wouldn't try to get someone to help me Eventually I found another employee who helped me find part of what I needed.

This home depot has some of the most knowledgeable pros around! They have been able to help guide me through hard wired lighting projects, hanging chandeliers, and so many other projects that come with first time home ownership. They always make me feel like I am the only customer in the store and go out of their way to offer help and make sure I am fully taken care of before leaving. By far the best home improvement store around!

I bought soil, hose and gloves to work on my flower beds. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Employees were helpful.

Picked out a gas range and the employee was so helpful! Had to order the range. The only down side is it will not be here until June the 8 th .

Went in looking for perennials. I bought several at a good price, and wanted one of everything in the beautiful blooming place.

I shop this store very often. I am a Do it yourselfer. I am always needing something. The staff i have talked to over the years are always helpful, courteous and friendly.

I have had a echo for over 20 years

Our cashier was rude. The lady in front of us needed help loading her car and asked for someone to be called again as she was waiting for some time. Our cashier did call someone else but was on the phone laughing about how the lady was asking for help again. It was very rude. By the time we had our car loaded the lady still hadn’t been helped.

A LITTLE ENTHUSIASN WITH A SMILE CREATES A WARM WELCOME. WE ARE TAUGHT TO SMILE AND SAY HELLO IF WE COME WITHIN 3 FEET OF A CUSTOMER IN MY BUSINESS. ALWAYS ASK IF THEY NEED ANY HELP AND FOLLOW THRU DOING WHAT WOULD HELP A CUSTOMER HAVE AN EXCEPTIONAL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I get it short staffed but when you have to load a cart full with 3/4 mdf alone because you can’t find help then you go to plumbing and the employees sitting on ladder’s talking and laughing just makes you want to leave cart and go to another store

If a board is labelled as being 5 inches wide, I expected it to be 5 inches wide. Now that I'm home and see what actual dimensions are, I will have to go back to the store, buy a larger board so that I can cut it down to the size that the original was labelled as being. Store needs more variety of shorter length boards. I asked the employee if they could cut a board down but the saw was broken.

You can't go wrong shopping at the Home Depot in Chattanooga, Tennessee! Especially the paint department! The employees offer excellent tips and thanks to them, I can paint with confidence. The project will look great and by completed correctly!

In our market, Home Depo and its major competitor are literally across the street. the customer service i receive at Home Depo is way better! You can ask anyone where something is ( and there are plenty of people to ask) and they direct you. My checkout experience was great as Dale went above and beyond to help wrap some items.

I travel alot for work and find myself in many HD stores. The 0742 Chattanooga store was clean, stocked and full of employees ready to help. I was very impressed in the layout and how clean the store was. Impressed by the customer service and the overall appearance and experience.

I consistently have a wonderful experience every time I come here. The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable, and offer help without you having to ask. I really appreciate everyone's hard work. Home Depot is a great store, close to my home, employees very helpful, easy to find the products I need.

By far the worst experience we’ve ever had. I had saved for my wife’s dream kitchen and in return we received a nightmare. Everything was promised and perfect before we paid then after we paid everything went downhill. The measurements that were paid for were off, the kitchen and cabinets were not what we expected and the designer that promised us the world was less than friendly when we tried to reach him. I would not recommend.

Very clean and neat. People are very friendly and eager to help customers. Very satisfying experience as usual.

The Pros are really Pros. They make it easy to get everything I need.

Connor in the painting section is amazing and knows his stuff. If you want great customer service, go there.

Today's shopping experience was a pleasant surprise! Over the past couple of years, the customer service at this store has been lacking...hard to find employees to help...and if you could find someone, they did not know much at all. My shopping experience today was very different. I was greeted with a smile at the door. The same employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made checkout a breeze. Hope this type of service continues at this store!
