I went to home depot to buy building materials for a roof project, and I wasn't quite sure what materials I needed , The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get everything I needed without having to make several trips to and from the store...lol....thanks guys

I was trying to find a faucet splitter for the cold water in my laundry room, and after being unable to find it was walking down an aisle when an associate asked if he could help. He spent the next 5 minutes helping me find the piece I was looking for, and he worked in the paint section but was still very knowledgeable of the whole store.

Associate helped resolve an issue with an item I had bought on a 6 month time to pay for the items i bought needing to exchange an item and get a different one. She figured out it could be put on a store credit which worked. And I really appreciated it. Thank you so much

The store was well organised and clean. I was looking for a specific product and at the entrance the store associate asked me what i was looking for and directed me directly to the aisle there by saving my time.

The gentleman helped me find essentially exactly what I was looking for, and was knowledgeable of the location, even though everything in the area recently been swapped around by location.

Same customer service experience I have at most Home Depot stores, terrible. The only reason two stars was given is because the pricing and product quality on my items is good.

This store seems to always have what I need! Employees don't seem too harried to answer questions. Employees seem to have the knowledge required. Good bunch of people.

I was shopping for a couple of appliances. I was greeted quickly by an associate, Bob, who was very helpful and so nice to talk with. He got me all the information I needed, and didi it with a smile. I bought a refrigerator and a stove today. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It helps to search online of what you are looking for first - it made my purchases so much easier! Great job, Chattanooga!!!!

I needed three (3) of the same bulb. The store only had two PLC40Watt Slim Bulbs so I bought two different bulbs, stepping up to one (1) one PLC 60W Slim LED BULB for a three-bulb chandelier.

I appreciate the expertise of the associates at Home Depot and the ease of finding items in the store as well as ordering items online. Home Depot has made the process of remodeling an older home manageable for us as newby DIYers.

Sales associate was very helpful in locating what I was looking for. Cahier was friendly and courteous.

Ray in lighting was very helpful assisting me sort out and finding the correct light bulbs I needed. Give him a gold star.

My usual store is in Cleveland, but when I am in the area I stop here. This store also carries a few items the Cleveland store does not, so I can get them when I need them and not have to wait for shipping.

selections could be better only had 2 casters the size i needed alike but I needed 4 the same kind for this project.

Always love going to home Depot, sometimes just to look around and stare at the tools. My recent visit to the Hamilton Place store, I was impressed by the associates availability to help, I was approached by at least 3 in a 10 minute span while I was in the plywood section, asking if I needed a hand or just some help finding something. I will say the lumber, or at least the plywood, was mixed up pretty bad in spots, but I don't hold the associates responsible, it happens. They should do a little better job at going behind customers or just taking a quick look over and reorganizing items especially in the lumber area. I have gotten the wrong plywood before as I took it for granted the right size was in the right spot, shame on me for not measuring as I always have my tape measure with me. Overall, good experience, its my second mancave!

We had fun picking out things for our new cabin, and received helpful recommendations from the employees.

Pretty easy to find someone to help and they are usually helpful and know what they are talking about. I usually leave with what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. That almost never happens at Lowes, always frustrated there!
