Which real Christmas tree should I choose?

Look for uniformly green trees that appear healthy. A quality real Christmas tree shouldn't lose many of its needles when you shake it, and the needles shouldn't look patchy, dry, or brown. Also, be sure to check that your tree is free of disease and insects, so carefully examine any knots or holes in the wood. We're your source for choosing the best live Christmas tree for your home.

Great shopping
Everything was completely good and comfortable for me to shop

Great Staff, Wide range of products.
I needed help with selecting the right product, then loading my cart, paying, and then loading my car. It was a lot of stepping stone (paver), and very heavy. Jillian, the store associate, was very polite, attentive and helped me throughout this process. I think she went out of the way and provided her help.

        Horrible customer service!
I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I was walking around with two carts - about 2k worth of products and no one knew how to cash me out because I also had a special order (that could easily be scanned at any register). I went to 4 different registers. I started at the “self check out” as the cashier told me to go there, then the cashier called the head cashier over and they sent me to a regular register. That cashier sent me to the pro desk and the pro desk sent me to the customer service desk. after walking around the store for 20 minutes trying to cash out I went to the service desk asked for for a general manager that never showed up, manager on duty (Jacky). After I voiced my frustration the service agent agreed to cash me out but pointed out I should have been cashed out at a register. This was by far the worst experience I have had at Home Depot or any store as a matter of fact. There’s was plenty of associates but they lacked the proper training.

              Great Home Improvement Store.
I just bought a Ryobi Electrict water presue last weeks from Home depot and I got 35% off from the store and cashier. The product is good too, so I would recommend the produt that I mentioned above for the home owner to have one.

Very poor customer service for returns
I just had an absolutely terrible return experience at the 1100 Revere Beach Parkway, Chelsea, MA 02150 store location. I purchased Round-Up 365 weed killer last weekend from that store. I applied the weed killer following the instructions on the packaging, and a week later the weeds were not only still alive but growing new shoots. The product did absolutely nothing. I took the almost-empty bottle back to the store for a refund and to pick up a different product, but I was told by the store supervisor that he would not allow me to return an empty bottle. I explained that the bottle was empty because I had used the product, but that the product hadn't worked as advertised. He told me that he would have allowed me to return the product if I had only used a little bit of it. How does that makes any sense? Does Home Depot expect its customers to test a small amount of weed killer to ensure that it actually kills weeds before applying it to the rest of our driveways? Are we to assume that Home Depot regularly sells defective products so that it's our responsibility to test them before actually using them?!? I asked to speak with the store manager and I was told that he was on vacation. I asked to speak with the district manager and was told that they didn't have any way to contact him. I was then told that I could call the corporate office if I wanted to, but that the decision of whether to allow the return was the supervisor's and that corporate wouldn't do anything to require the return. I hope that's not the case. Corporate should care about customer loyalty and I can tell you that being told that it's my fault that I didn't test the product before I used the full bottle is definitely not how you keep customers. This wasn't a personal preference issue. I didn't paint my whole house and then decide that I don't like the color, or, to use the analogy that the supervisor used against me, buy a Coke and then try to return an empty bottle. I bought a product that Home Depot sold to me as a weed killer. I used it according to the label instructions, and it did not perform as advertised. Not even close. Home Depot sold the product to me and if it's a defective product then Home Depot should care enough about its reputation to give me a refund. If I have to worry about the quality and effectiveness of what I'm buying from Home Depot, then I'll just shop elsewhere from now on.

                    Best help yet!
As an older woman, I find that going to The Depot is often frustrating. I often feel overlooked by the male employees. I had the best 2 women help me: Catalina and Cici. The best.
