The people are great. They have made shopping there a pleasure. I found help whenever I needed it. It is not a huge Home Depot but It is a "go-to" store for me.

Staff members were very courteous and helpful.

There are always expert employees in aisles to answer questions and find products.

I might not have expected the expertise I received at this particular store. In the past i had a hard time getting assistance and wondered around the store even after pointed in a direction by an employees. Tom Pernod was a top notch employee/kitchen designer. I could not have asked for better service. I appreciate all that he did to make this an excellent experience. Clearly th is store has worked to turn around its' image from the past.

The Cashier Cheri was very nice and respecteful with a positive attitude! I was in and out in no time!

This is a fine store with helpful employees.

The store is a typical home improvement store but I like the fact that they seem to have what I need when I shop there. No need to check another store. Morian Garrett assisted me and she helped right away and explained the pricing, fees, and protection plans. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the experience.

This store is always stocked well. The paint department is on point,they are helpful.They let you know may be you should get semi-gloss instead of flat paint.I appreciate that.

The store is organized and when you can find a sale associate not busy helping other customers you'll find great people all around. The customer service return desk needs some help. The folks there seems a bit disorganized. The check out cashiers are much better.

My Home Depot in Cheltenham is the best. There's always someone around to help you and everyone is so nice and friendly. The store is very clean and well stocked. I love it.

The Pro Desk is top notch. The Associates are very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They are truly concerned about getting your order right the first time and doing it with a smile. I felt like they wanted my business and enjoyed serving me, which unfortunately is rare these days.

I feel as though I have spent ages in Home Depots, sometimes buying a lot of electrical and plumbing parts, lumber, building materials, doors, windows, sinks, toilets, counters, garden materials, all kinds of power and hand tools, a mower, 2 leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, plaster, cement roofing supplies, a lot of paint and painting supplies and I'm sure there is more. So although I have also shopped at dedicated lumber yards, electrical, paint and plumbing supply houses and lawn and garden centers, shopping at home depots isn't a new experience for me. In SOME ways they are kind of similar. According to the review guidelines: Did I easily find what I was looking for? Usually. I could usually get help. Yes, usually, like ALL Home Depots. Was the store clean? Not bad. I don't go there as a foot inspector, but it looks good to me. The associates? EXCELLENT! I really like the associates whom I have met there and those who have helped me. That gives the place 5 stars from me.

Good customer service. I was able to get assistant looking for the rite paint. The store is net, and clean. The store associates were friendly, and helpful.

The cashier was Cheri. She was polite and friendly. A good time to visit the store, 6:00 a.m.

Store #4109 is always neat, clean and well stocked. It also has a great variety of stock items.

Associates went out of the way to accommodate me.

Home Depot Cheltenham is my go-to source for tools, materials and advice. Recently I participated in a tiling class, which was informative and fun, and really built my confidence.
