Lupe was great in the paint department! I got help with my yearly beer redwood stain purchase!

needed help needed an em,ployee to simply slice an insulation board so i could fit it in my car but employees literally ran away from me when i was calling them and another employee a black man lied to me saying that the area i was shopping in has an employee waiting but i knew this was not true as i just came from that area employees here dodge customers so they wont have to help it's ridiculous

The associates at this store are very helpful and friendly.

We've had nothing but good experiences with Home Depot. I have ordered items we weren't able to go pick up and had a good experience with that many times. If I've had a return there was no problems. I appreicate our local Home Depot.

Lots of businesses don’t cut & thread pipe any longer. Home Depot still does & was happy to find that out.

Purchased a basic model refrigerator at a great price, great brand, fast delivery, which was what we were looking for. We'll get within the week, hopefully delivery & setup will go well. If so, will purchase other appliances from here we will be needing in the near future. Will write another review once delivered. Great salesperson, shout out to Alma Young, helped get us a quick, speedy purchase & on our way

Employees at the appliance department were very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of a refrigerator and stove.

Poor work ethic from female supervisors towards clients. Sad to see that their professionalism and customer service has definitely declined in the last couple of years.

A good store ______.

Staff members are extremely rude. They are more concerned about talking to each other than actually helping a customer. Staff that’s supposed to help pros at the pro desk are not helpful and literally won’t help even if you ask. The store also closes off the pro area making it impossible to purchase large quantities of lumber or other building materials. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

I'll never shop at Chicago Ridge Home Depot again!

Ignored by all staff behind the customer service desk. Man that assisted me was rude and not helpful. Will not be returning.

I visited on 4/22/2025 in the evening hours. I saw 2 rats inside the store at various locations. I won’t be back.

Chris was the best, went above and beyond for me, helped me find my products, and gave me much information to make the best purchase possible.

Enjoyed shopping at this store. Good quantities in stock. Convenient location friendly staff.

This is my go too store! Polite and Professional from the service desk to the associates all you have to do is ask for help and most of the time they'll ask you first! I live in Oak Lawn but drive to Chicago Ridge just for that reason! If they don't have it you can order it or find something that's real close to it! Keep up the good work over there at Store # 1935!!

The store was extersmy well organized and neat for Black Friday. There were tons of employees available and willing to help answer questions.

I love this store. Merchandise is not moved around all the time like in some stores. I always know exactly where to go to get what I need. The help is always friendly and knowledgeable

I did buy some barstools and a kitchen table and chairs that are great family and friends were not aware that Home Depot sold these items directed them to app

Gentleman working that department was very helpful answered all my questions. Worked as a plumber for 30 years.

Every time I go to buy a clearance item , no one can find it. The inventory said you have it but no one knows where it is. We looked on top shelves etc. It has happened more than once .

Did not have to wait an hour for them to service me. It was clean, neat, well organized, and welcoming. Every one in every aisle was very helpful!!!! I left a Home Depot because it was a bad experience and ended up at this one which really was great! The cashier Paola and Manger Clifton helped me with my new Home Depot card and checkout. I’m thankful that great customer service still exists.

Store manager and several associates went above and beyond to resolve an issue with item availability

Rental morning guy is super rude and doesn't even look at you when asking a question.

Franke D26 from Chicago Ridge, Illinois eased the tension I had when I needed to replace my water heater. He was so knowledgeable helped pick the correct item and made sure I was able to get it installed the next day. Did not walk away until he was sure I was taking care of. I can't remember the last time someone was so caring and understanding. Franke I thank you for your time and patience you are a true professional. I can only wish that there would more people like you sir. A true blessing you are. Thank you so much.
