My experience is usually good whenever I visit this store.

For a woman to get things done these days we have to do it ourselves sometimes. Home depot Chicago Ridge really makes it easier for this lady to get it done. Thank You

Getting my house in shape to sell was a tall order. Many thanks to a certain associate in the paint department that always made sure our paint was just the way we wanted it - I wish he worked all the time! From construction materials, to cleaning products, to plants for my garden, home depot is the place for one stop shopping. This location is always well staffed and the associates are friendly and helpful.

speedy check-out every time i go to hd,knew what i was looking for,in and out within minutes!!i even got help with self checkout,did not asked for it,that a plus!!

Amazing to find competent and considerate customer service in this day and age. Not something you see anymore. It was a real pleasure to shop there and meet some really truly nice people.

The product I purchased was clearly marked & the lady at the check-out register was curtious & professional

Associate Lynn greeted me pleasantly, asked if she could help me with anything. I told her what I was looking for, she looked it up on the computer, said we have eleven in stock and escorted me directly to the product. I was so pleased, I bought two of the items. She rang up my purchase, was very pleasant and wished me a good evening. I wish all associates in every store were that pleasant and helpful.

This home depot always has everything I am looking for. Also, easy parking and usually associates are there to help when needed.

I was shopping for outlet covers for my kitchen and an associate helped us within 3 minutes of being down the aisle. He helped us find an oversized outlet cover right away.

WHAT EVER I NEED IS IN STOCK AND IM GLAD ABOUT THAT

The quality of pine boards was very poor. Needed to have straight boards for shelving and most of the 20.77 a piece boards were in poor quality.

Not very organized. Lots of stuff out of place. Couldn't find a sales associate to help.

Doing a remodel on an old farm house. Every project I have done so far has turned out just how I planned. I have been able to use quality product without emptying the bank account. Thanks to the guidance and knowledge of the associates.

I love Home Depot, their garden center is the best around. I also like that they carry Behr paints for which is one of the best paints I use.

The strore is clean and most items are easy to find. Prices are within normal range of anywhere else. Cashier was nice, but I was not greeted by any other associate while walking through the store.

i purchased towel bars, but were not the ones i hoped to purchased because what i wanted was out of stock and there were no associates available to help me and i could not waste any more of my time looking for one.

I hate shopping, but always love shopping at Home Depot!

I enjoy going to The Home Depot, especially in my hometown. I love to find new products to spruce up my home & my outside patio. The employees are friendly and knowledgable. Whenever I have a project or repair, my only stop is The Home Depot.
