I keep coming to the store because employees help me with project and finding the right tools.

This Home Depot is my go first go to for home improvement and and appliances. There is a great selection at great prices, friendly and informative associates. My dog loves to come with me and check all the aisles.

The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sale.

I went in to buy a Milwaukee drill. They didn’t have the exact item in stock so Cory went out of her way to make sure we were able to order it online and get the best deal. The process took a little bit of time, but we were able to get everything ordered and so far. I am very happy with the way I was treated and helped. Thank you so much Chris .

Every time I come to this location I look for the sales representative named Corey. She is absolutely amazing those a lot about everything and what she doesn’t know she knows who to ask.

Time and time again I don’t get any help loading lumber but yet again on 6/11/23 they where in a circle talking in the isal this time 4 men and yet not a single person helping anyone at all why even have employees when you can never find them and they don’t work. When I got there I told the two women at the check out about a lot of glass broken in the parking lot there respons was o we saw that then if you saw it why wouldn’t you let someone know so it got cleaned up again lazy

A simple purchase of Miracle Grow potting soil was a delightful experience. Saw what I wanted, took it to the register, paid and left. Simple! Used it to transplant two small flowers on our deck.

I bought a toilet sit and just describe to the employee what It looks like and she help me what size and its perfect. No need to go back and exchange.

I purchased a riding lawnmower and was provided some of the best customer service by Stephanie R. and German. Made my day.

Stephanie R made it so great. I've been told incorrect information in the store when I opened an account. I called the credit services and they told me I need to solve it at the store. Stephanie R. was efficient, and so very friendly. I would highly refer people because of her. Dyson was so helpful on the phone too! A couple of excellent employees!

This is the second time my wife and I have purchased product from the store. The first time was a garage door that arrived damaged and had to get a replacement. I guess we did not learn a lesson because we went and purchased a refrigerator from this store by the way, they don’t offer a military discount anymore on major appliances but they’re located in a military town. Go figure anyway the refrigerator arrived damaged. We went to the store. Spoke to the sales person. No one apologize. No one called,?surely there is refrigerated like we ordered in a store near me. There were three Home Depot stores within a 50 mile radius of my home. No one offered an apology or compensation for having to wait 2 weeks from date of purchase on a replacement refrigerator. Hopefully this one will not arrived damaged.

Cory was so helpful and answered all of my questions in a super helpful and caring way. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my shopping experience and that’s not what happens usually at other stores. Best experience ever! I highly recommend all the staff at Home Depot.
