I live in California and was leary about ordering a product from afar but the gal who helped me , assured me that the product was in stock and it would be put together by the date I provided. She informed me that it did not come with a gas tank, but could be bought after and it could exchanged with another tank , so it made it easier to not buy the tank online. I would have my grand daughter buy it at a later date. I was spoken to in a professional /courteous manner and it made my shoppine experience from afar , that much easier. I worried no longer as i knew the customer service had provided me with great service. Thank you Home Depot for such a wonderful time shopping with you.

The employees was very courteous and informed about the products. I live over an hour away and I will gladly drive to this store simply because of those 2 qualities. The employees worked as a team to serve us and answer all of our questions. How refreshing to do business with someone who is all about serving the customer!

JJonny was awesome !!! He helped us locate the perfect Christmas tree for our family We went through a few and he was cool with standing them up and displaying them with the branches out !!!! Sweet guy we will go back next year to see him !!

The Home Depot in Clarksville, TN was very clean and the employees all seemed friendly. The cashier (on th receipt the name is "Cathy") was awesome. I would come back just because she was very happy and helpful.

When I think of going to a hardware store, I think of going to home depot. The employees are friendly and informative. If I am looking for a product and it is not in stock the staff helps me order it. They have even saved me money by giving me tips for a project.

Home Depot is the best building material and home improvement store in Clarksville!!

I like this store as it provides a great place to shop for the things needed around the house and garden. I always find the store well stocked, clean and very friendly. They display their seasonal items early and remove them promptly after that event. They carry a lot of "American Made" products and quality tools. If you have questions, a associate is always close by.

The DIH classes are wonderful! They allow you to use the tools, inform you of products (pros and cons) and they explain the process step-by-step. Instructors are very friendly and helpful.

HD happened to be out of the product (1/2" MDF) I needed yesterday and the saw was broke which was disappointing then, but the assistance by Will in determining when it would be in and the follow up by John W. Exceeded my expectations.

If you shop Home Depot in Clarksville you better bring help. as no one there is going to help you, you are on your own!!! Products and Pricing is good but staff is non existence.
