The flooring department can be a great experience. If Cassidy assists you. Otherwise, you may be put through the Home Depot grinder of bad information from an ill-tempered, antagonistic flooring assistant who will place as much blame on everyone else but does not understand accountability. Good luck.

Every time I’ve ever had to stop at the Home Depot in Clinton I can never find anybody to help me find anything, and if I do happen to find somebody they act like it’s killing them to help worst Home Depot I’ve ever been in.

Name brand tools and big quantity of each and online is also awesome to get the stuff you need not settling for what they sell at store

I have purchased Vigoro pea gravel twice in the last three weeks and all I have to say is that those pallets of pea gravel are a total disaster area!! Bags are torn and dry rotten and look like left overs from last year.

If you like in Hanover, IL don't bother going to this store if you need something installed or delivered. You'd be wasting your time since they won't do either?

You advertised free delivery on washers over $300ish. I had to pay $100 for my delivery.

very low inventory on so many items (flooring, tools, lighting, paint). Returns/online order take at least 15-20 minutes wait time & if you are not lucky you will end up giving up & leaving the store. Will call is a huge failure on their part, they lack the knowledge to place a will call order to be picked up from a diff location (they either get the order wrong, or wont be able to complete the order).

monday we headed up to look at washer and dryer and a sale person came up mark was his name helped us in everything we needed tight down to purchasing and he made it so easy

I appreciate the veteran/military discount very much. However I do mot appreciate the new complicated system to get the discount. AND in past visits I was able to use my discount on lumber. This time I was told lumber is no longer eligible. I will go elsewhere. I appreciate the discount but I'm not going to beg for it and you either offer it or you don't.

The employee went out of his way to help me find a replacement for a recessed light fixture that I broke trying to replace a bulb. You can’t find customer service the way he went above and beyond to find what I needed on the internet this day and age! I will definitely be back!

Four employees standing around NOT one came up to asked if we needed help. Not a one

Everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. A friendly young man helped me find exactly what I needed, and another quickly checked me out. Everyone seemed to be in the Christmas spirit.

Personnel have always been polite and willing to help me find whatever I am looking for. If they happen to be out of stock they know how soon they will have more and if they are not going carry any longer they tell you.

Although I found the items I wanted they layout of certain aisles and the fact a majority was locked up deterred my decision to buy more supplies for that particular trip
