Generally I am very happy with the Clinton Home Depot. Purchased over $700 of Behr paint that had to be colored this summer and our exterior of our house looks great. Have purchased our flowers at Clinton store the last 3 years and happy with quality. Employees are very helpful.

Thank you Home Depot for hiring, training, and monitoring people that are willing to help with any questions or concerns you have. They are also genuinely glad to assist you with your projects. They are always ready to get an answer for you and seem to be equipped with the tools needed to accomplish that.

Friendly associates and the store had the items we needed in stock.

I had a great experience , employees are friendly and helpful . Problem was some of the customers were real pain in the butt . Person in front of me waited till the cashier went all through checking out before they decided to figure out what they were going to pay with and took him about 5 minutes to decide

Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and helpful, almost every associate I passed asked if they could assist me in anyway. I was even approached by one of the managers and asked if needed any help finding anything. Lisa was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. She knew exactly where I could find what I needed, and was more than willing to help me locate it. As I was leaving the store, I was asked if I needed any help loading. I was asked again in the parking lot by another associate. The customer service was on another level compared to other stores, it felt like the associates there actually cared about my projects and wanted to help me find the best products to get the job done. I will be returning to the store for all of my projects in the future.

we always come here first whenever we are going to start a project at home. I also am very satisfied with the Ridgid line of tools. I have many of them .

ALFRED was very helpful, professional, and polite. He provided excellent customer services. ALFRED helped me find a nice 8feet wood with no cracks , cut it into 3 properly, find matching screws, and escorted me to the cashier counter. ALFRED provided awesome services‼️

I always have a great experience. Every time I go to the Clinton Home Depot. This visit I was looking for a particular piece for a special project I was doing and Mike went above and beyond showing me several options and the best way to go forward.

The manager LAURA on 1-18-2024 helped me alot ,I did the survey but didn't get to put her name on it

2 light bulbs checked out at the returns department and a bad experience with a cashier have ultimately cost The Home Depot millions in profit from our future business. Lacey was a horrible customer service rep. The worst experience out of 3 states.

It's so nice being welcomed and being helped by such amazing people. I think Clinton Iowa has one of the best Home Depot stores around. I've never had a problem and if I can't find something there's always someone that will help me.

Aisles cluttered with trash. Employees and management are rude and don't want you there.

I use home depot for my business as an electrician. I appreciate then fact that the store is close to my home ans business. The employees are usually very helpful and friendly. The only issue i seem to have is they are frequently out of stock of items that i might need.

I had bought lumber just the other day and paint everyone was so friendly I was helped I found everything I needed you guys are amazing there I’ll definitely be back

Bought a load of 6x6 Timbers and had employees offering to help the minute I walked in the door . Treated lumber is excellent quality and far surpasses other home improvement stores.

I just bought a house and am doing many updates, this store has just about everything I could need or want. From paint, grab bars, new stair building supplies, to wall anchors and new plug ins!

Home depot has been our source for supplies during upgrades in our home. So helpful.
