Had to buy room darkening blinds, and Darren Vos was the employee who went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend him for your Home Depot needs. Great customer service skills.

We are lucky to have the Home Depot in Clinton for our community. They usually have a really nice selection of whatever I am looking for. From the seasonal plants and trees to lighting, appliances, and my favorite Behr paint, we find it here. I even had help getting an extended warranty for appliances I purchased in the Matteson, IL Home Depot for our daughter after the purchase was completed online. They are very helpful!

If you need help in lumber ask for Mike.

The bin was empty store employee located the product and restocked it for me. At most places its hard to get a sales associate to help. I did not have that problem.

We recently moved to Clinton Iowa and bought an older home. We have had some challenges with items fitting in the space we have. We had to get a special size refrigerator. Tim V.L. helped us out and answered all of our questions. He even helped with items not in his dept. Tim is a true example of customer service and he is an awesome employee.

Great sale on windows and flooring

My husband surprised me with the news that I could have new kitchen cabinets and countertops installed this year. I started working with Stephanie Smith at Home Depot almost immediately. She has been so attentive, has given advice, when asked, and made sure that we got the best prices possible. Wonderful design, too!!!

Employee Darren Vol was excellent! He was kind, knowledgeable and had good energy!

I got great customer service today. I needed help bad and Jeff Jordan in Hardware was amazing at the knowledge of the project I was working on. He was such a great help. I will be back next weekend and hopefully he will be there to help me again.

Went there to see if they had TV stands and replacement remote for a TV I have but unfortunately they didn’t. I ended up getting a google nest mini. I got to the register and the cashier asked if I have a Home Depot card. I said no. She took the time to get me signed up. I definitely will be going back.

I bought a ladder over the phone and drove to get it . The service department took care of my additional purchase right there and I was on my way . It was a smooth great transaction

I have been purchasing items from the store for years. I have purchased a new Roof, GE Refrigerator, GE Dishwasher , GE Washer and Dryer X 2, John Deere riding lawn mower and many items less then $500.00. Like a Yard Broom that I purchased on a Saturday it was missing some parts so l called the store on a Sunday I received a call from the store Manager. He asked that I keep it and he would contact the manufacturer on Monday he thought it would that a week or so to receive the parts I had the parts on Wednesday. I have only good things to say about the Clinton Iowa Home Depot Staff.

I was there looking for Halloween items. The employees were extremely helpful when I decided to buy a top shelf huge display model. Everyone was so friendly. Also,, I really appreciate that your store was so well stocked for the mad Halloween season!

Cashiers and customer service are usually no help and do not bother to point you in the direction of the right person. Why have employees like this?

We don't have a Home Depot in the town I live so this is the closest one to us. We have always been greeted with the nicest employees and they have always had what I have been looking for. We enjoy this location!

Carly and Zoey are two of the best home Depot employees I have ever experienced. They were friendly and extremely willing to help no matter what my questions were kudos to them. Go to the store frequently and I usually get great customer service but this was above and beyond I was purchasing a new patio set that appeared to no longer be in stock as the floor model had been sold. They went above and beyond and track down one in the back for us kudos to them for making our day!
