Always clean and usually has what i am looking for. Nice variety!!

Store is well organized and staff is willing to assist in helping one find the items looking for. Customer service was excellent. Jennifer D looked on the Home Depot site to find the available of items that were not in the store, saving me time.

Most associates very nice go out the way to help some I don't know why he there ?

We purchased, gutted, redesigned and rebuilt a home in attempts to make it our dream house. As stressful and frustrating this project has been, it’s been really helpful having this Home Depot so close by. I have seen so many friendly employees during each of my five thousand visits. Anne in the cabinet department was so incredibly helpful and patient during our kitchen design. She had awesome suggestions and made my dream come to life. The older man in appliances was friendly and helped us order our appliances despite the fact that it was almost closing time. When our cabinets came in the guys who helped us load them, Jackson, and I believe his name was Nick, were efficient and extra careful with our items. They were funny and were happy to help us, even though it started snowing. I wish I could remember everyone’s name. It’s crazy how a small conversation or friendly joke can make you less irritated. Especially when it’s your second trip to Home Depot that day...and you’re spending almost $100 on ten 2x4’s.

The store was clean and items were easy to find and you associate Robin went above and beyond to load my mulch even though her shift was over !!

Store was clean. Associate was extremely helpful in finding the patio set we were looking for. Everyone was super friendly and helpful: from the cashier to the front end associate and the young guy who helped load the set in our truck.

We came into the store to get floor trim for our basement about an hour before it closed. The store was not busy at all and we were getting over 160 ft of trim and 160 ft of quarter round. They had a self service station to cut the trim pieces to what you needed but since we were getting so many and they weren't busy, we asked the man by the electric saw if he could just simply cut them in half for us to fit them in the car. He laughed at me and said sorry you are on your own. I am pregnant so this was going to be fun to do by hand. We were pretty set back but said ok and moved on. After getting through about half of the boards, he had peeked down the isle and noticed we were still going and laughed again. After about an hour and completing all the cuts we were rolling the cart to the front of the store and he was laughing at us again. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars here and now will go to any other store to give them our money instead. Disappointing is an understatement.

The store was neat and clean and the employees were helpful.

Stephanie in the door and window department is both helpful and friendly. She takes her time with customers, and is knowledgeable about the products.

The store was clean. It had and usually has ample quantities of goods that I purchase. The only area I would like to see improvement is the checkouts. They are only located at one end of the store in the front. Add some checkouts to the other end of the store or move them to the center of the front of the store.

The return counter is a mess. No one has any idea how to take returns

In the middle of nowhere. You have to drive 20 minutes from the Interstate. They often have limited stock especially of lawn and and garden products.

This is the friendliest Home Depot I have ever visited.

Great store, great employees. We went for a drive after church today and I found a freezer for which I have been shopping for one for some time now. All of the employees was polite and helpful. My cashier, Tabitha was so nice and went to find someone to help load my freezer into our Chevy Equinox. Thank you all.

Clean, friendly, happy staff. Nice selection of products. There are other Home Depot locations nearer to my home, yet I go to this location for the cleanliness and excellent staff.

I think his name was Brian. Very helpful with The shop Vac that showed one in stock but wasn’t true. I was frustrated but he made everything work out as best possible. Kudos to Brian.
