This store is always helpful and have knowledgeable products. They don't tell you where products are they go with you to show you and then then ask if there is anything else you need. Love this tore and love the experience while shopping.

At the checkout a young man named Isaiah was so polite and helpful.

I do prefer Home Depot for supplies I need for my small home projects, but Cold Spring location is my favorite. Not that I have had bad experiences at other locations, I just prefer the less congestion of the Cold Springs area over Florence. Consistent good customer service, professional, helpful, and friendly.

Unfortunately, I had to return Halloween decorations that didn’t work. Kaelyne waited on me and was very kind and helpful. I appreciate that very much.

David in electrical helped us and dropped what he was doing to come help us. Such a joy to be around in the store and it’s hard to find that now a days. He deserves a raise for his dedication to the store and knowing where everything is.

Every time I go to this location, there is an associate that always greets me and asks about the task I’m working on. They really care about their customers. The last time I was there, I even saw the store manager, Susie, walking around and recognizing her associates publicly with awards! Wow!

Jennifer was most helpful and so Nice and polite, greetin me at the door and helping me find what I needed and checked me out when I left.

I needed service in 3 different areas and was met with helpful friendly staff in each department. At this time with short staffing, I was so impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of each employee. Even the checkout staff was friendly. I will be back.

This Home Depot has great customer care and support -- they make it a point to check on you and see if there is anything they can do to assist.

I am older and the tools I used as I got older were not as good as the new ones out there now. I had a friendly, knowledgeable, staff member that explained to me how much more production I could get out of one of t " newer " saws for about the same money than the saw I had grown up with. I finished my project with time to spare thanks go the upgri no in saws. Thanks staff for saving me time and money !

I had a return with a receipt on my phone that took less than 5 minutes, no hassle, no wait. I had 2 helpful employees point me in the right direction happily. Rob in Millwork spent an hour with me looking over, counting and checking me out on some tile selections and even had it repackaged and ready for my husband to pick up just 3 hours later!

Spent over $500 in tools and supplies. Man in tool department was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Milwaukee drill combo was in overhead compartment. He had to get a ladder.

I encountered 2 employees in the lumber department. They were quick to offer assistance and answered my question clearly. The cashier Sherry V was pleasant and quickly rang up my order.

Bought riding lawn mower and received great customer service and assistance from the manager down to loading it on my trailer.

I need a riding cart to shop. None were working. An employee helped me by getting what I was shopping for and helped to the customer service desk to check out as it was closer than the regular check out area. Now that’s SERVICE!!
