Every time I go to this location, there is an associate that always greets me and asks about the task I’m working on. They really care about their customers. The last time I was there, I even saw the store manager, Susie, walking around and recognizing her associates publicly with awards! Wow!

Jennifer was most helpful and so Nice and polite, greetin me at the door and helping me find what I needed and checked me out when I left.

I needed service in 3 different areas and was met with helpful friendly staff in each department. At this time with short staffing, I was so impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of each employee. Even the checkout staff was friendly. I will be back.

This Home Depot has great customer care and support -- they make it a point to check on you and see if there is anything they can do to assist.

I am older and the tools I used as I got older were not as good as the new ones out there now. I had a friendly, knowledgeable, staff member that explained to me how much more production I could get out of one of t " newer " saws for about the same money than the saw I had grown up with. I finished my project with time to spare thanks go the upgri no in saws. Thanks staff for saving me time and money !

I had a return with a receipt on my phone that took less than 5 minutes, no hassle, no wait. I had 2 helpful employees point me in the right direction happily. Rob in Millwork spent an hour with me looking over, counting and checking me out on some tile selections and even had it repackaged and ready for my husband to pick up just 3 hours later!

Spent over $500 in tools and supplies. Man in tool department was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Milwaukee drill combo was in overhead compartment. He had to get a ladder.

Love this store people are nice

I encountered 2 employees in the lumber department. They were quick to offer assistance and answered my question clearly. The cashier Sherry V was pleasant and quickly rang up my order.

Bought riding lawn mower and received great customer service and assistance from the manager down to loading it on my trailer.

I am thrilled that Home Depot has such knowledgeable staff that love what they do.

I need a riding cart to shop. None were working. An employee helped me by getting what I was shopping for and helped to the customer service desk to check out as it was closer than the regular check out area. Now that’s SERVICE!!

Employees are normally nice and willing to help if you ask them. And the store is always clean and stocked with product. I would say this store is better than the other home improvement stores in this area.

The Cold Spring store is clean and organized. The staff are readily available to assist thier customers when the need arises.Items can be found within a timely fashion.

The employees went above and beyond what I expected. I was looking for a tool and not sure what brand and the young man who was helping me did not know the answer to one of my questions so he went to find another employee who could answer my questions

Excellent service at this store.

Check everything you buy from here. They put returned items right back on the shelf without checking them. I have had this problem twicer at this store, and they don't even care enough to hear you out when you come in. They have wasted enough of my time. I won't be returning to this home depot.

Tyler, in the paint department, was in the area he was supposed to be in. We did not have to wait around for someone to come and help us. Other places you have to wait until they get someone in there.

Visited this location to get the annual mulch for our yard. I purchased 30, 2 cu ft bags for the volume price of $3 per bag. My vehicle (Honda CR-V) would not easily hold all 30 bags, so I had to make 2 trips. The cashier and the lot attendant were very helpful, understanding and had a great attitude in assisting me with this transaction. Danny, the lot attendant was concerned that I made the right purchase because smaller bags were on sale, but I opted for the larger bags to have less bags to have to deal with. He also helped load all of the bags into my vehicle and suggested splitting the load in order to not put too much weight on the vehicle. I had a very positive experience getting my annual load of mulch at the Cold Spring (#2323) Home Depot.

This store is phenomenal. Eveyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well managed. If an employee doesn't know how to help, they find someone that can. Excellent store!
