I would like to thank the Home Depot in Cold Spring KY and all of their employees, for a very pleasant purchasing experience. The new Samsung washer and dryer will be a big plus for us in our new Condo. My wife loves the stainless steel black finish. It's her favorite color... Our older units our still running, but it's always nice to have new appliances... Thanks to Billy, and the Home Depot!

Paint lady was very rude and unfriendly. Also I needed help finding an item and couldn't find any employees in lumber or any surrounding areas so I gave up. I then went to self checkout and there was one lady that looked like she might be working but then there were 3 other employees just standing there chatting with her. Also some aisles were so messy I couldn't get my shopping cart through.

REALLY NICE STORE TO SHOP AND ALSO TO BROWSE EVEN IF YOU DO NOT NEED ANYTHING, MAYBE YOU'LL FIND SOMETHING THAT YOU NEED. THERE IS A LOT TO JUST BROWSE AND LOOK AT. THANK YOU I WOULD RATE YOUR STORE AS A TEN

this store is very convenient for us to use.

My husband sends me to Home Depot regularly to get things as he is rehabbing a house. This store is always helpful and doesn't give me "sigh" when I really don't know anything about the "joist screws" or 8 ft 2 x 4 or whatever it is I need to purchase.

I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman who asked if I need some assistance. I did and he stayed with me thru my shopping experience. He was very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but this store is small and didn't carry what I wanted. The service desk people were very helpful and located the item I wanted at the Florence, ky store. They called the store and they only had 4 of the items left so they put them on hold for me. I was able to pay for the items in the Cold Spring location.

The Home Depot stores seem to have the knack for having just what I need. How do they do that? They just hire the right people and order the best merchandise. I have purchased $$$$$ in products the past 2 years and have been extremely pleased with the quality. The homedepot.com webpage is very user friendly and responds to the users store locator selection...(while the other big store's never works!)

Everything I could possibly need is in stock or can be ordered. The store was extremely clean and organized.The staff is very polite and professional, they are also very knowledgeable about many different home improvement projects. 10/10 would recommend family, friends and clients to home depot. I left the store extremely satisfied!!

Employes are always helpful when I need them.

If you need lumber, Brittany is the person that you hope is on duty. Very helpful and always smiling. I needed multiple pieces of Poplar cut to length, as my saw broke on the job. The store was clean and as I was browsing for lumber Brittany helped me find the product quickly and she was able to make accurate cuts which saved me from calling it a day and being un able to complete my job.

Bad experience with the paint department. Bought one color and then ran out and went back two days later with the swatch in hand from my previous paint and they mixed the second wrong. So they made it good. Only now it is costing me money to repaint because of their mix up. The color department picked the wrong mixture in the computer. When we used it I thought maybe after it dried it would look the same but it didn't. They did not even offer to give me a credit for the paint. I have been a customer of home depot for a very long time and I cannot believe how they chose to deal with this one. They admitted they mixed it wrong but gave me no satisfaction of customer service. Will be rethinking doing business with them.

Great staff-good location

My wife went to Kohl's and when she was finished we went next door to Home Depot in Cold Springs Kentucky. I went to look at a tool chest, which I have been shopping around for a while now. This was last weekend and I talked to Kelly (department 25) and she showed me a much bigger box for a great price, the Husky 52inch, 13 drawer tool chest. Today, Saturday April 28th we hitched up the trailer to our truck and headed north. The two men that got me the tool chest still in the box and loaded it onto my trailer. Very polite and professional. I didn't get their names but to them both and Kelly we say thank you. This store and employees are just great and now days it is really hard to find a store and even employees who really cares. Thank you all.

Of the 3 Home Depot stores I shop, this store is more organized and shelves orderly.

We shop here quite often due to the needs of our apartments maintenance concerns. The employees are always helpful when asked for information concerning product location or product information.

Always people willing to help you no matter how early. I can always find what I'm looking for.

The Cold Spring location has consistently provided me with excellent products and customer service. Whenever I am in need of home improvement/repair items I can rely upon Home Depot to have what I need at a good price. Additionally the cheerful and knowledgeable associates are always able to help me to find just what I need.

I always find what I need and if I can’t theres usually someone there that can sense I’m in need because they are usually checking on me before I even know I need help. It’s appreciated always.
