Tressia is so helpful and I love coming to the Commerce, Michigan location because she makes my parts return process effortless and pleasant. Especially when a product fails upon opening it up from the box,

I had 2 blinds to purchase. I was informed by the cashier that was at the service desk to go to cashier to be rung up . I was not greeted at all !! Manager Kaitlyn was very nasty rude and outright nasty . Name tags are not visibly worn , so they can avoid being complained on and this manager makes her own policies, stating she is not obligated to give names . Even after complaining about said cashier , this manager Kaitlyn who is clearly not on the customer side allowed this associate to stay and torment me the entire time ……

I purchased a American Standered tolite and the screws and bolts to attach tolite tank to tolite were not in the box

Service is poor staff is uneducated and help us without a cell phone. In their hand the floors are overstart. You have to crawl through the aisles, there's no carts available. And parking is for everybody else.But the customer I would avoid it, especially the commerce store on haggerty

I had an issue with an online delivery, called my local store and spoke with Diana in customer service. She could not have been nicer or more helpful and assisted me with my concerns. 5 stars to Diana!

Price on line stated $99. Your store $129. What the heck is wrong Is this how you operate ?

I came in to look for flowers and there was a young African-American gal working in the garden center. She was amazing never have been approached before and there like she approach me. She should be acknowledged for the care and A-to-Z service she gave me. Not only was she lovely but bubbly, and willing to help. I bought two big flower pots very happy with them.

I got lawn and leaf bags

I experienced 2 exceptional employees that made me feel good about shopping at this location.

We bought a bush a month ago but the brances turned brown although the 9 others ok

I came in to buy mulch and have it loaded into my trunk. Perfect trip to home depot, in and out in no time.

The store closest to me didn't have any cedar decking but another store did. I drove out of my way to get some but it was the worst cedar decking I've ever seen

This is my go to store for simple items during home repair. Always seems to have what I need and being a smaller store it is easier to navigate.

Go elsewhere for appliances, I’ve been waiting 3 months for kitchen appliances, been rescheduled 2 times 😡 I’ve been told Maytag has 2 separate inventories, 1 for them and 1 for home depot…someone has dropped the ball at keeping items in stock.

The application indicated the exact location of the product I needed. I was approached by a staff member and he was extremely helpful and the check out person was very friendly.

I was in process of repairing a leaky shower valve and a young lady Kaitlin helped me find the right parts and offered meaningful suggestions. I have been a frequent shopper at this location for 20 years and the service received yesterday was an example of why.

I went to Home Depot to buy a garbage disposal and arranged for it to be installed and was quoted $150-200 to install but the actual price ended up being $371 for 30 mins work. I will never set foot in a Home Depot store again. Rip off merchants

I've been renting tools at HD for many many years; well over a decade. And despite knowing, and working with the HD staff, and having a healthy history of tool rental, HD asked me to join Clear. I am not paying for, providing data to, and putting my PII into 3rd party vendors. Worse, given the descriptions HD staff gave me about the types of fraud happening, I am not sure how CLEAR is going to help. Also, at this location, stock available, organization, and damage continues to be a problem. Available = not on shelf, Organization = stock items in some areas are a mess, and some stock occasionally looks damaged. In addition, this HD suffered from a "where's the department staff" guy. You're looking for a person in plumbing, or electrical, and you wonder...are they dodging you? Are they hiding? Look around that area in the store and can't find people. I've been going here for a number of years, this is a problem most of the time. I was in building materials on north side of building and it was a BLESSING to have the gentlemen ask me if I needed help. I didn't but wanted to mention that.

I shop here all the time. Nice layout of the store items easy to find. The app is easy to use and shows exactly where I need to go to find the items.

Alex at commerce location for kitchen cabinets is the top notch, professional sales assistant. He was able to make a schematic drawing of our kitchen, showing cabinet sizes and placement for dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator and made it all makes sense. The computer is drawing enhancement that he had done very professional and because of his professionalism, we spent more money on cabinets. If you’re in Commerse and you need cabinets, you need to talk with Alex😍😍😍.

Very patient when working with me on picking out colors

I went into the store to purchase a toilet that I saw online, the one that was on the shelf had a very damaged box so I asked an associate to take down a brand new one from the top of the shelf and he was very nice and friendly And assisted me with no hesitation, he provided very good customer service. My experience was very good and someone even offered to help me load the toilet into my truck.

The best kitchen remodel experience anyone would want when remodeling with cabinets, trim and finally floors. I’ll add photo when floor is done. I visit this store frequently. It doesn't matter which department I need something from, the staff is easy to find, knowledgeable and friendly.
