Very well satisfied. Sometimes contractor checkout gets backed up.

I always come to this store first when I need something. I shop at other Home Depot stores on occasion if my regular store does not have what I want or I am closer to another. The store in Commerce is my favorite and I am never disappointed in the service.

We shop this store for all paints, brushes and supplies. All wood for decking purchased here. In spring all plants, and patio.. Cushions for Patio furniture.

As I said, my experiances have been favorable in general. However, there are issues with the location of associates. When I find one, they have all been exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, professional and polite. But there always seems to be an insufficient number of associates to give me the short answers that I need. The hardware department is the perfect example. I generally know what I need, but I do not always know where it is.

Product was very difficult to find, and required visits to two stores. Despite online inventory indicating multiple units of the item, it could not be located with the assistance of two associates. Discount for using Home Depot credit card was not applied. It appears to be a common problem. Despite these issues, store associates were pleasant.

I thoroghly enjoyed working with the kitchen designer!

2/23/2016 I LOVE this store !!!!!!!! I've always been able to find everything I wanted to here. There's the friendliness of the sales associates, and even the people that come into the store !!!! Oh, the prices are great too.

I love this store. The associates are friendly and very helpful. All of the associates speak to you even if you don't need their assistance. I have shopped at this location for years and the service is always great! I've shopped during opening hours, closing hours, and various times in between and I've always received the same friendly service. I think this is one of the best Home Depot stores in my area.

You can found everything easily,and good prize ,but I wish make some less for plants because many people love it.

The store was bright and clean. I asked where the item was and the associate told me where to go. I was happy to find the product in stock. The associates were all very friendly.

I had a bowed piece of wood on my garage that came away from the exterior brick wall. I asked the associate, Robert for assistance on how to perform what I needed. He was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, offered two ways to solve the problem and then offered suggested products that were of superior quality and ease of use. MOST beneficial was the SPAX construction grade wood screws he recommended with attached washers to be able to bring (i.e. pull) the wood back into the right position. Also Zinc coated for harsh exterior weather. GREAT JOB and MANY THANKS ROBERT!!! Robert (Rob) works at the Commerce Township, MI store #2722.

Thank you(s) for offering some great “Black Friday Sales” that I did not have to get up before 5AM and stand in the cold rain this Friday morning to participate in. I do enough of that at work. Everyone thrills at the ‘great deal’ they just got. However; they neglect the ‘personal cost’ of that deal. I enjoy spending leisure time with my family and a 4AM wake up really disrupts it. I will have to admit that you had a couple of items offered that I needed to buy, and for ½ off! That $10-20 saving was just not worth that wake up call. However; Friday evening, looking at you web offerings again, I found them and few more items, at comparable savings available. They were very simply added to my cart, paid for; and I’ll pick them up Saturday. No lines, no crowds, no fuss. Thank you very much. I understand the marketing concept of drawing people in with a loss leader to generate peripheral sales. But again I thank you for not doing the “W” or “B” marketing that brings out the worst in people. I won’t participate, and I hate to see people fist fighting to save $5 on a toaster. What is the point? Basically, this is why I shop in your store.

I really enjoy coming to Home Depot with my wife. There is a wide variety of items, they are almost always in stock and the employees are very friendly. We like to look at things for our home and dream about what we can do to make our home more efficient in the future.

A overall good quality store with knowledgable and helpful workers but they are hard to find.

I needed to get window sealing stuff and the plastic coverings. It was nice to have it right in the front on a big display.

Great store for quick shopping. Have most o things you need for a DIY.
