The employees are very heplful , they really take time to show you where items are , I've been in some home Depot stores and the employees point and say "up the isle around the corner in the back on the floor" Lazy Lazy Lazy or nobody comes at all, ashiers having open personal conversations , and not really aknowledging that you are there, That's Real Sad, But not the Haggerty Store,

So I filled out your survey. But it only lets me leave a limited amount of characters there....So I will leave the whole story here. Recently my husband I moved to the Commerce, MI area. I have been in your store for pretty self-sufficient things. Before I always went the Brighton, MI store. Recently I decided to paint a few rooms in my house. I am a first time painter and was super excited, because I have the time to get things done. I decided to go to Home Depot over Lowes even after picking put paint samples at Lowes earlier this year because of the Customer Service. Which is also the industry I work in so this is super important to me!! This last visit I was extremely disappointed. As a first time painter I had a lot of questions, and got one answered. The other one was yelled to be from Employee Betty with her back turned to me. After that I was done asking questions, and just called my dad he was more helpful then the employees at the paint desk. I after figuring out everything on my own and also with my dads help. I waited an hour for my paint to be done. I spent quiet a bit of money and was extremely disappointed with this experience. Hopefully you guys actually do what you preach for future new painters.

This store is very close to home. It's only about 5 miles away from where I live. I always find what I'm looking for and there's always assistance from other store employees if needed. The store was very clean and organized.

Staff was great. Took his time to explain all I needed. Great place to shop.

I used to shop at the Pontiac store but quit because they would not honor my VETERANS CARD. I was told three times I had to be active to get any discount. So I don't go there anymore.

Always a pleasant experience when I visit the store. The customer service is great.

I recently purchased carpet from the Commerce store and the experience couldn't have been any easier. Heidi and her co-workers were there to answer any questions, they have small samples you can take home with you, and the turn around time from the measure to the final pricing was less than 24 hours and received via email for review before heading into the store. I have not had the product installed yet but they stand behind their installations so I know it will turn out great! I really wanted to get this review to the Commerce HD team so they know how much their customer service means to me.

Everyone in this store is extremely helpful! We just bought a home and have been there almost every weekend for the past 4 weeks. Each time in different departments we have encountered high levels of customer service. Keep up the great work!

When I entered the store the cashier greeted me and she was uniquely courteous and welcomed me to the store. As I self checked out the gentleman before me left some of his items in a bag. I called to him and handed his items to him at the door. When I returned to the same cashier thanked me and gave me slight discount on my purchase and thanked me for being thoughtful. The experience was very positive. I think she was a really great associate.

All three employees that I came in contact with at this particular Home Depot, we're very rude , but one was most notable. This particular employee was contacted to assist me in the garden center. He arrived with the most disturbed expression on his face. I asked if there were any bags of a particular stone available. He asked me what kind and I stated that I needed to look at the different colors. After my response , he let out the most disgusting sigh, as though I had interrupted his lunch break. He showed me two stones , and I said that would be great. He said he would meet me around the back to load them in the car. I asked him the price, and he backed up and abruptly threw his hand out pointing to the sign. He told me to go get rung up at the front register, and he would meet me to load the bags. I was given nothing to bring to thr register for the sales clerk to ring up. I knew this was going to be a problem, but he seem to be in such a hurry to get rid of me, that he exited sooner than I could make a request. As I figured, when I went to check out upfront, the sales person did not know the number or the price of the stones that I was referring to. At that point my son had to go back to where the stones were located to take a picture of the SKU number and price on his phone and return to the front to show the sales clerk. If I hadn't wanted the stones as bad as I needed, I would've just walked out of the store never to return. A shopping experience should not be aggravating, and the customer should not feel like they are inconveniencing an employee. I do not plan to return to this Home Depot again. I will try another one, and if the i experience is similar, I will search for a more accommodating garden center .

If there is no one around then you won't get help even if you ask at the service counter. Never an associate to help when you need one.

Frequent customer since opening Day. Never been disappointed with service, price, and tech feedback.

Extremely well run store with well trained and attentive professionals available throughout the store

The store was very clean and well organized. The sales representatives are also helpful in directing me to the correct aisle. Sandra Seabrook is a great sales representative! She has a wonderful personality and was very helpful in assisting me with my vertical blinds purchase.

The employees of this store are consistently friendly, available and willing to help.

Thanks to The Cashier Rebecca, my day turned out nice. What is usually a mundane trip to buy materials it is rare that a cashier leaves you with such a great feeling! Maybe it was her intuition, I was tired from a day of work, she turned that around, and I was ready to go paint the rest of the night! I appreciate the people that Home Depot hires!

All employees helpful and knowledgable

I was charged for 2 deck hooks when I only purchased 1. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave store. I guess that goes for any store.

This store has a lot of stock on hand, clean and customer orientated.

Cashier Elizabeth, and employee Josh, were outstanding with their customer service. Give them a raise!

Saved money by opening an HomeDepot CC. Customer service excellent. Easy to find things in store. Sometimes challenging to find associate to help but once they helped......Bingo job well done.

This Home Depot has great prices but more importantly, they have great customer service. If one associate cannot help, you they find one the can & literally walk you to our product! If I ever move, I'd go out of my way to drive to the Commerce store!

From the time we walked into the store until we checked out, Connie was exceptional. We were looking for moving boxes. Connie intercepted us at the door, brought us to the boxes in the aisle, and offered to check us out at the self-service kiosk even when we thought we wouldn't be able to use it because of the size of boxes. Great attitude. Thanks Connie!
