It seems like every time I go to Home Depot, I never have a problem. The employees are wonderful, and they always find the products that I need.

I never write reviews, but I had to give much acknowledgement to Mary Drane, the best, top notch Flooring Specialist I ever met. She has a beautiful spirit and was very knowledgeable in assisting me in picking out the right floors for my kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room…She was very attentive to details and made sure I had all the necessary materials that was needed to complete my project… She is reliable and I was able to depend on her every step of the way… Whenever I would call her, she was always responsive and attentive to my needs. She’s a great listener and gives the customer what they what and also offer great suggestions. Mary went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in working with the contractors to ensure that my project was done right. When unexpected circumstances arise, she did not hesitate to resolve it. I give Mary a 10 star across the board for her professionalism and outstanding job that she does. She is one of the BEST Floor Specialist at the Home Depot Store in Compton, CA. Based on my experience and the great service I received from Mary, I will definitely go back to Home Depot with all my Home Improvements Project. She will also be assisting me in the installation of carpet in my bedroom and Tile in my Master Bathroom Floor. Thank You so Much!

Upon entry Attendant Sonya, observed my confusing look and inquired my interest. She led me right to where I needed to go and I told her I am very appreciative of her time and commitment to please.

This has always been a local store, and I’ve always been satisfied with their product and their employee friendliness

I purchased a microwave and when I got home and took it out of the box there was old food in it.

Come to this store often so I can pick up items I need as well as prove to my girl where I've been.

I had a really good experience there yesterday with customer service. Great employees and customer service at its best!

Went to purchase a weed wacker that was locked up after 20 minutes to get employee to unlock was told they would take it to the register for me, I said take it to the self check I'm In a hurry. When it was my turn at the self check the one other item I had rang up was told that I would have to go to register 3 because that was the only register I can check. After having to wait behind 2 contractors with large lumber and other materials, I was finally allowed to make my purchase where cashier was extremely rude telling me that this is a new policy. With taking over an hour to complete this check out this had to be the worst experience with home depot in 30 years.

They don't have the items in the correct price tag. Cashier don't have any customers service skills. Very unprofessional staff

Maria diligently assisted me on computer to find something that would work perfectly for my needs. Store was BRIGHT, open, and spaced out VERY WELL! I'm happy with the product I found and it fits my needs perfectly.

I received excellent customer service to replace my Downspout And Gutter On My Home! Sergio Was Knowledgeable, A Great Listener and Problem Solver, Patient, and made sure I was safely loaded up in my car because it was late at night and raining. I felt appreciated as a customer and my concerns taken seriously.

I frequent this home depot often as it is close to a property I own. I am usually treated respectfully and get great customer service except for the last time I was there. I had a bad experience with a cashier named Iris. When I checked out with her, (for reasons i do not know) she was extremely rude. She was throwing the items she was scanning onto the belt and seemed very upset. I did not say anything as I was more confused than anything since there wasn't any reason for her to be upset with me. When I finished paying I still said thank you and she completely ignored me. I usually never say anything in these types of situations but it really did bother me after I left the store. It was a bad experience to say the least.

Go online, find your item, app tells you the quantities available and exactly the isle and location of item(s) you are looking for.

Terrible customer service. Lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, lack of employees, lack of work ethic.

The employees standing around chatting while customers wait to be addressed. I returnees a few items, the female was completely careless. She did not return all my items and didn’t seem to care. I have to review the return receipt right there and let her know that she did not return all my items. Another time I waited over 15 minutes for an employee to assist me. Today, I didn’t see any employees that could assist me.

All associates were not helpful at all. I wanted to buy two decorations that were not available in front. We asked the lady at customer service to check if any inventory in the back. At first, she said, "whatever is available there." Then my mom asked for a manager. Then she looked for it on the system and someone brought it. The second one a guy did not bother to look and directed me to someone else. Just lazy I say. I looked it up and 17 items available in the back room. The other guy tried. Supposedly, someone was going to bring the item to me. We waited 30 minutes, and no one brought it out. They do not care and lost sales that day. Time to hire better employees. Train employees to care, follow-up, go beyond, and research to satisfy customers.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Store was clean and well stocked. Great place to shop!

Had to redo entire downstairs and used all of Home Depot material and supplies

I have brown recluse spiders. The cashier knew just what products to use and home much was need. God send those spider bite dissolve mucsul and fat leaving whole in your skin. I appreciate the service

I bought a door a few weeks ago

I really wish all shopping was this easy, especially for material, parts, and tools.
