The associates were very friendly and helpful. I was able to find the product that I was looking for and the store was very clean.

The store is ok overal, first time I ever seen this cashier that help me, nasty attitude and sarcastic, management reallly need to choose good employees

If you are going for a exc/ret be ready to be embarrassed/humiliated/ and treated like a criminal.MALINDA had the oddisity to tell me in my face she was doing 2 separate ret/exc to block my ID for any future ret/exc when I'm giving her my PRO account number and the immediate supervisor is standing 5 ft away not doing or saying anything . Good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's essential to be able to handle issues for customers and to do your best to ensure they are satisfied. Providing good service is one of the most important things that can differentiate your business from its competitors.I hope you receive the appropriate training necessary to be successful sincerely Freddy

When I checked out at the self-service kiosk, I noticed that I had not received the discounted shelf price on the product that I purchased. I mentioned this to a store representative, who paged someone from another department. I waited several minutes but no one arrived. I approached the floor representative again and she apologized and contacted them again. No one ever arrived. I have a disability and cannot stand for extended periods of time. As a result, I paid the higher price and left because I was in pain.

This store was clean and I had great customer service

The store was very clean and all the racks were fully stocked, this will not be my last time, My next project is to remodel my bathroom, me and my wife will come back very soon. Mostly important the employees were very friendly and professional.

This store has some very busy hardworking associates. I commend them because the staff has been reduced in recent years. They do a wonderful job inspire of this and still have a cheerful/helpful attitude

The store is very clean the restrooms were clean filled up and no clogged up toilets management is good and willing to help as for the associates there go out of their way to help you or find someone to help you Pro service out of all the Home Depot's I've been to this one is fast organized and on top of their game really satisfied with the pro service I do a lot in tools so there's a couple people in the tools department that were very good very helpful willing to go out of their way one being a young lady named Angelica early morning she just hustled to get me everything I needed was really impressed and the store itself was pretty stocked with a lot of things I needed
