This store has made great leaps and bounds in Customer Service in the last couple years, everyone has been very helpful and pleasant! I use to dread having to go there, but the attitude turn-around has been wonderful.

Always greeted by friendly staff ready to assist. The store is clean, orderly and always has the items Im looking for in stock and then some !

Trish was great. I found her near the returns counter. Great lady. Very nice and helpful.

Employee helped select a belt sander as a gift for my wife, who acquired a slab of tree she would like to finish as a table. Employee very helpful. One employee did not know if or where a product was located in the store, but took me to another employee who helped me find what I was looking for... good teamwork! And the cashier was especially friendly at checkout.

I moved to this area of the State about 5 years ago and immediately became acquainted with store #3485. I found myself going often to get materials for unexpected repairs on my new home. I found supplies for my outside landscaping and my inside remodeling. When I purchased new carpet for my basement, the selection was good and the sales person was able to show the differences in the products and the carpet installation was quick and well done. I met many of the associates and they were very helpful and amazed me with their knowledge of the store layout. When I go in there often as I still do I am greeted by smiling faces and good workers.

Great store which provides friendly, efficient customer service, good/fair pricing, and technical advice when the customer requests it.

Store was amazing, very poor customer service from employee named Robin in Lawn & Garden. She was very rude, had a poor attitude and was extremely lazy. Had to build my own fire pit in the middle of the sales floor (was unsure of measurements) while she stood there rolling her eyes. The rest of the employees in the store were amazing, very unfortunate that one person has to ruin the customer experience.

Excellent help finding items here. Very friendly crew who offered suggestions on good deals. Bought my Ryobi pressure washer here in Concord. I love this place!

Customer service person was nice.

Concord is the store to shop at. Tilton should shadow Concord and take lessons on how to do customer service. Because of the Tilton Store, Home Depot almost lost a customer but Concord saved that!! Jon in Concord was polite, friendly, apologetic and very helpful!!!

The staff and store is very welcoming. Love the lighting and signage, it makes it so easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is always asking if you need help. It's fantastic!

I think this Home Depot is pretty good. I've been in some lousy ones in other parts of the country, but I think this one puts in a good effort to make the experience of shopping there as easy as possible.

My purchase of a new Weber barbecue grill on 7/11/19 was very good however when the delivery man showed up this morning with a black cover grill rather than the stainless steel grill I purchased I was somewhat upset. I am always amazed as to how inefficient communications are between parties in a large organization and what a waste of time and money to have a delivery person come to our house only to have to return the product due to someone's incompetence at your organization. Not a good feeling. Does not make me enthralled to return to Home Depot to make future purchases. I also took Friday off from work to specifically be home for the delivery and now I am awaiting a resolution response from Savannah at your Home Depot help desk in Concord, NH.

Not only does the store have everything you need for home improvements but their staff is very knowledgeable and will even show you how to install certain items.

The store had what I was looking for just where it said it was online. Both Trish at the service desk and Josh H were extremely helpful, professional and personable with assisting me.

Found the employee's to go above and beyond. Very helpful and efficient.

Very well managed Home Depot with friendly customer service associates willing to go the extra mile. Sets were very tidy and neat in appearance. Products were sequentially listed on the shelves per displays and no obtrusive wing stacks or items spilling out into the aisles. At least four people asked me if I needed some assistance and each were more than willing to help answer any questions I may have had. Thanks everyone for keeping up with my needs. I come back time and time again for these reasons. Great job staff!
