Propane exchanges take way too long at this store - store associates are rarely immediately available to assist with these exchanges. Today I waited approximately 20 minutes for an available associate, despite repeated attempts by the cashier to locate one. This has happened to me almost every time I have visited this Home Depot for this purpose. This store should strongly consider implementing a self-service kiosk propane exchange system, similar to the one used by Home Depot in Claymont, DE.

Sales Associate, Shianne, in garden shop, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Seems one of the self service check outs is always closed in this store.

Refrigerator we were interested in was not in stock. Had to purchase sight unseen.

The associate at the paint department Patty went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Even though she was helping several customers at once, she provided efficient service to all!!

The store manager answered all of my questions before I purchased a portable air conditioner. When I mentioned to the store manager that I live alone and it would be difficult to carry the portable air conditioner to my bedroom located on the second floor without hesitation mentioned that if I prefer, he would take the air conditioner to my residence and carry it up the steps to my 2nd floor bedroom along with another Home Depot associate. I do have a weak back and took him up on his offer. He than preceded to deliver my air conditioner to my home, carry it up to the second floor, take it out of it's carton and asked if there is anything else he could do. I have never experienced such an act of kindness and certainly appreciate it. As far as I am concerned this store manager went over and above to satisfy my needs.

Inventory management and help in the Garden are is non-existent. Seems like all the help is walking around in the inside of the store in air condition rather than outside in the garden section.

We were shopping for carpet that needed to be installed quickly. Found a "good enough" carpet to match what we needed. Sales associate came over to give us assistance - and we did not have to go look for her. She came to us! We explained our needs and she showed us a carpet that may also meet our needs but was just a few pennies more per square foot. The quality was much nicer and the color met our needs better. We ended up going with her suggestion. We did do some price comparison and found that Empire Carpets was almost double the cost of Home Depot and the quality of Empire's carpet didn't even compare. Home Depot could meet our installation time-frame! We've used Empire Carpets a couple of times in the past but I don't think we'll use them anymore.

Even the contractors who do work at my house always come back complaining about this store! Too bad, since its in such a convenient location. I will say that if you can find any associates to help you, they usually are fairly knowledgeable and friendly. As for the store layout, it is strange and different than any other home depot, which makes it difficult and frustrating to find things. Since it appears smaller than other stores, they often don't have what I'm looking for, or are out of stock. My least favorite section of the store is the paint department. When I was there, there was only one person working the counter and they were the slowest, least knowledgeable person I've ever encountered in any home depot. I ended up leaving without paint, after waiting for over 10 minutes and I didn't even get to put my order in! Another time, I had a long cart filled with sections of trim and molding (some of which we had cut to length), but needed other supplies in the store. I left the cart for 5 minutes, and all my trim pieces and the cart had been put away. I was extremely angry, since I couldn't find anyone to help me, but apparently they had time to put everything back from an unattended cart! Anyway, I love the convenient location, but always dread (and so do my contractors) having to go there for supplies.

Well stocked with items I needed, associates are helpful, clean store.

This was my first visit to this store and I was turned around when I entered the store. Every other Home Depot store that I have visited has the same store layout. This store does not follow the standard pattern that I have come to know throughout visiting many Home Depot stores throughout the east coast of the US. Maybe in time I will adjust but the layout seems very confusing especially when you first enter the store and seeing isles patterned in different directions. My first reaction was, "which way do I go". In summery, I missed the usual long isles for easy shopping.

The store is very conveniently located, is kept clean and orderly with most associates knowledgeable about products and their locations. Pro desk associated and customer service reps go out of their way to help customers. professional staff and managers make sure that yiu walk away satisfied with your shopping experience.

It seems the people staffiung the floor are less knowledgable about the products in their departments than my previous visits...have seen this the last half year or more. Also, checking out has been either a wait, or problems the last few times I have shopped there. Never had those problems so much beofre in the years I have patronized this store

The store was clean,and there was a vast amount of products. I was in the outside garden section and at that time the cashier was a little grumpy. For a customer service store I believe they should be friendly.

I ran into a big problem during my plumbing DIY project. I went to Home Depot looking for a solution. Before I could look for help, it came to me. The gentleman approached me, offered me help, we put our heads together and came up with a solution that worked perfectly!!! A great experience all around. I only wish I had gotten his name so that he could have been recognized. Next time for sure. I highly recommend this store!

I love this location. It has such a great selection in the garden center. I've shopped and found some amazing deals in the middle of the season. Everyone is very helpful/knowledgable.
