I always enjoy shopping in home improvement centers and Home Depot is one of my favorites. Lots of variety, clean and well organized. I always look for that good sales.

SALES WERE GREAT. CASHIER WAS SPOS01 WAS THE BEST!

Everyone was eager to assist us location products.

Purchased a washer, had it in stock. Sales person was very helpful.

The associates were helpful, the store clean and well stocked. I found what I was looking for and a clerk helped me load it into the cart. It was such a pleasant experience, I shopped around for other things that I might need. When I checked out, the cashier was friendly and efficient.

Great, helpful associates at the help desk. Made buying a snowblower (which I had no idea about) so much simpler. They also helped arrange the assembly and rental of a pickup truck to get it to my house. They also helped me load it into the pickup bed!

Finding product was easy and the employees very friendly and helpful. And the price was right.

We have been in a lot to the Concord store....in the past 7 months. We are always asked if we need help finding something or help answering questions about products. We could not find a shower unit, so an associates assisted us to find and purchase one online and have it delivered to the store-which came faster than anticipated for delivery. The cashiers are always friendly at the contractors entrance. Having to rehab our home is less stressful due to finding what we need, having the prices be relatively better, and knowing there is help if needed in the store.

GREAT PEOPLE work here and that is what makes or breaks it!

I went to the return counter and the gal there was very helpful in helping me thru the process of returning my item

I needed one small item - a plastic part that the folding doors to our laundry room pivot on to replace one that one of my kids broke, when she pushed too hard on the door. I wasn't even sure if such a part could be bought separately. I looked on-line at homedepot.com, searched under folding door hardware, and immediately found a small, inexpensive parts kit that included the piece I needed. Picking my local Home Depot store, the web site noted that the product was in stock, and indicated what aisle and section the item where it was located. I went to the store, found the item exactly where the web site said it would be, and was in and out of the store in minutes - terrific! Okay, it's the way things should always work, but at least for me, this was a rare experience. Usually, what I need must be ordered on-line, and then I must wait for several days or longer to have the item delivered. Or I go to the store and can't find the thing, and eventually find out it's out of stock or out of production altogether.

What a great experience tonight. We were treated well and all employees were very professional and helpful. Jeanette was our Cashier and she was wonderful ,very helpful and courteous. She made our visit even better. Her number on the receipt was JH81ZZ. THANKS HOME DEPOT OF CONCORD NH !

I always enjoy going into Home Depot I think that the employees are courteous and knowledgeable and they make my visits enjoyable and short, which is what most people want in a home improvement store. Thank you for the great service!

We wanted to purchase a freezer. I called the store and spoke to Rex in the appliance Dept. He was extremely helpful over the phone and when we arrived at the store, we received the same friendly, helpful experience. Rex was also very knowledgeable about each freezer. Very impressed and happy customers!

I didn't really need any help on this visit, but someone still asked me if I did need any help. I found everything quickly and it was just what I needed.

I like this HD #3485 CONCORD, NH store and it's location. Associates are knowledgeable and very helpful. Every-time I need help/advice with a project or a products know how, they always there to help!!

If you packed more items into the aisles they would be totally impassable as it stands now you can only go through single file

The attitudes, knowledge and assistance of Lefty from Electrical and Andrew from Floor & Wall were exceptional. Based on their assistance alone, I would recommend that anyone who needed anything from these departments go to Home Depot. Kudos and thanks to both of them for making what might have been frustrating (repairing a lamp that needed more parts than what I thought initially), into a very pleasant experience.

From the time I entered the store, I felt like a VIP. I was looking for a specific item and there was an associate as I entered who directed me correctly. Once I reached the aisle, there was another associate who helped me find the exact item I was looking for and when I decided I wanted two, he searched until he found another one. The cashier, Jeannette, was friendly and extremely helpful. I don't often need home items as I rent but if I think Home Depot carries anything I might need, I will definitely go there first. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

This is my home store that I visit quite often. The associates are generally very helpful. In this case I needed to order metal roofing materials not sold in stores, the associate was helpful in navigating the process and cross-checking for proper amounts of supplies, etc.

I went in to purchase a couple tons of wood pellets. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told they were out, but I could order ahead and they would call when they were in, but I should really call every morning to check, and go thru the voice system prompts, and talk to someone who "might" be able to tell me if they were in, because if I waited for them to call me, my pellets might be gone (yes, the ones I was ordering and paying for in advance...). Not enough people working at the service desk. Only 2 terminals. As it happens, I got a call asking when I was coming to pick up my pellets, but it was 2 days after I picked them up. Seems like a great system HD has set up, LOL

During this visit, I did not need any assistance to find any products.

this store has always took great care me when ever I have used it , both privet and business. I have been using this store for many years now and have always been satisfied with the service and products. the staff is always polite and helpful. the store is almost always well stocked and always well organized and clean.It is a pleasure to do business there
