I ordered a few items online and chose store pick up. The items were delivered to store earlier than expected. There was plenty of parking and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. I handed the "order is ready" notice to the clerk and he got my order immediately. While I was there I asked him where in the store to locate a few items needed at the office for our move and he was readily able to answer the questions. I was in and out in less than half an hour.

5i am not satisfy the store , when i open new home depot credit card they said i will get 10 % but when i went to cash register i get only 5%

Associate Lisa LMJ0301 was awesome her over and above assistance was transparent with what she automatically did with special financing terms and first time use of the Home Depot Card. Every business needs more employees like Lisa!

Need to replace a bolt and t but on my son's football shoulder pads. I really didn't think I was going to be able to do it and was going to have to buy a new lower back pad. As soon as I entered the store an associate asked if he could help me, when I showed him what I was looking for he brought me to an associate in hardware who took the time, found what I was looking for and had me on my way. I was great!

Very helpful. Paint dept was very knowledgable - gave us some awesome tips on texturing!

We have bought many times and many items from your store , but this time was different. Rex made it different . We came in search of a washing machine, he knew the products and knew what he was talking about. He did not try and make us spend a lot of money ( but we did). This store was clean well organized and this made it very easy to find what I was looking for.

The sales associates were friendly and helped us with all of our needs. We didn't have to "hunt down" an associate. We were approached and asked if we needed help. I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

We went looking of rinsulation and bought it thanks to the help of the associate on duty.

I went into HD to purchase two sheets of plywood for shelving. An associate asked me if she could help me and I said yes. After a brief conversation, she recommended a product which was just as good for my purpose and would save me money. She then asked if I would like it cut up for the selves and I said that would be great. I was impressed by her knowledge and skills during the entire time she helped me. Not only did she save me money, but hours spent cutting up the sheets. She made my day! Thank you so much!

I am always satisfied with my experience at the Concord Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I find that there is always an associate available to help me find exactly what I need.

Store is well organized and with friendly and helpful staff.

Main aisles are cluttered with tables and stacks of merchandise. this makes it difficult to move large carts through the store. (Especially by the appliances and light bulbs)

I was on vacation in the Concord, NH area at a family picnic. I was sitting on a granite millstone throwing a ball for my golden retrievers when my key fob slipped out of my pocket, onto the ground and down a very narrow hole beneath the millstone that dropped down into a 15 foot well with 4 feet of water and muck. After contacting the local fire department, they said they wouldn't help because it was non life threatening but to not go down into the well no matter what. I went to the Concord, NH Home Depot in a panic. The associate at the front entrance, Neil, took me around the store and helped me buy a strong magnet, a long enough piece of rope, and a pool net that I ended up not needing in the end. With those tools in hand, I raced back to the well and my brother attached the rope to the magnet. We dragged the bottom of the well several times with the magnet and within about five minutes, up came the keys. It would have cost me at least $200 to replace the computerized key fob plus a delay in my departure back home. II cannot speak highly enough about the can-do attitude, resourcefulness and wilingness to help a damsel in distress that Neil displayed. Because of him I was able to retrieve my keys instead of having them sitting down in the muck of a 15 foot deep well. Thank you Neil, for all your help! I am forever grateful!

Great location with good amount of materials and associates with knowledge.

Associates very helpful, friendly, store stocked fairly wel , some isles are hard to get through due to stock in aisle

Just went in to get some grass seed. Took a little effort to find an associate, but once I did they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about the differences in seed products (I'm a new home owner).

All the associates here are wonderful, and so helpful. Evety time I visit this store, I leave very satisfied, even if they didn't have what I needed. Other stores could take a lesson on how to keep their customers happy, well done!
