The employees were very helpful. I spoke to two, one of whom happened to be walking by me and he asked if I needed help with anything because he saw I was comparing two similar products. I bought a few containers of zero ethanol 2 stroke gasoline for my chainsaw.

Well Stocked, variety of items,lots to choose from

In designing a new kitchen layout for my wife and I Leslie was outstanding. She was courteous, helpful, mindful, and just a pleasure to work with in helping us design our new kitchen for our house. She worked within our budget and gave us more than what we expected.

Home Depot is always a pleasant experience. The associates are helpful and friendly. I never have a problem finding what I need.

The store is very poorly lit compared to Lowes. I wanted to buy a pair of simple cotton work gloves but could find neither that item nor an associate that might help me find that item. Also, I had to look for a long time to find a smaller and less expensive ROUNDUP container. The larger more expensive containers were east to find, but one had to search for the smaller and less expensive containers. Home Depot is O.K. but nothing great. If the poor lighting doesn't concern you, they do carry a vast array of products for many projects at reasonable prices. Although I prefer Lowes, Home Depot can be O.K.

I had 4 associates from different places in store help me find things and load up my car. I felt important and went away feeling blessed!

Whenever I shop in the Concord NH Home Depot store or call with a question, the associates are always friendly and helpful. I have done so much business with Home Depot that some of the associates and I are on a first name basis. This just adds to the pleasures of doing business with you. Thank you!

Jon - JPM590, went above and beyond when helping me with my returns. I greatly appreciated his can-do attitude and desire to help when he ran into a snag with one of the returns. His service was the best I've seen in any of your stores.

The associate who helped me was very helpful in two ways. I needed window screen materials and he walked me over to where it was. Then asked another question, about installing an air conditioner in a windowless loft. Associate said a four inch round hole needed to be done in order to connect a duct from the air conditioner. Was so grateful for the knowledge.

I like that they have self checkouts; it makes it easy to get in and out of the store quickly. The associate overseeing this area is alert and quick to respond if there is any issue. Wish they still had someone at the door that could direct you to what you are looking for. The service desk area was nicely remodeled and doesn't look so cluttered and messy.

Staff is not only available but alert and engaging.

Jon was helpful in finding what I wished to buy at another store and had it on order for easy pick-up.

Loved the associates and a good time with the checkout person It's a great store.

Lots of Associates, none ever asked if I needed help

Associates are very visible and pleasant. I needed some lumber cut and did not have to go in search of the employee to help me--he asked if I needed help before I had finished choosing the wood I wanted. Also, Elizabeth, the check out cashier, was very friendly and efficient. I can always find what I need at this store and have ordered two doors in the past several months and Home Depot takes care of everything, including installation.

I was able to find yellow roses this year - very excited sonce only red and pinks wereaavialble in 2014. Thanks!

I found just what I needed at Home Depot right away. I have tried other, similar stores but seem to always come back to Home Depot. They have the best selection of products that I need.

I was having a hard time finding a new tube for my trailer tire at other major stores and when I came into home depot, a associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I am happy with my purchase.

I found everything I needed quickly. Everyone was friendly. The checkout lady was nice and has a good sense of humor. I've seen her a number of times before and she is always great.

Had to replace a spigot that froze over the winter. After three tries with leaks at the connection I realized that the copper connector had a crack as well. My tools were in another home. HD had a Sharkbite adapter and my problem was solved!

I shop at least once a week at the Concord Home Depot. There is a friendly atmosphere with helpful associates readily available. The products are price-friendly, as well.

Everything is great till they get your money and you are outside to load your truck. After waiting 10-15 minutes for help to load accepted help from other customers
