I am an old lady. Your store and personnel are the best. I look toward to my trips to HD. I always laugh at myself looking around at diff products and wondering what they are used for. I talk out loud and have other people laughing their butts off with me while we try to figure out what an item is. I always leave with a smile and a twinkle in my eyes. Oh by the way, I am a female named Cydney.

Brenda the cashier in Garden area is so bright and happy that her smile and laugh is worth the wait in line to check out!

My wife and I visit the Concord Home Depot quite often for our home projects. We have found the staff to be very courteous and helpful wherever we need help.

Store is clean and well stocked. Employees are usually extremely friendly and helpful.

I like the Concord, NH store. The people are nice and parking is decent. The store is a little smaller than some, but for most things it's easy to get around in. The employees make it a great store.

The employees of this HD Store are "over-the-top" friendly and super helpful. They are all very knowledgeable in their respective Departments, and very pleasant to deal with. I also like that the employees all know the entire store set-up, and all can give you directions to "your next stop" within the store for whatever you are looking for.

I always go to this Home Depot because it is easy to get to and there is always plenty of parking. It is easy to find what I want because the isles are clearly marked and if I can't find something I can always find an associate who can help. Most of the time what I want is in stock . The prices are fairly reasonable compared to the other home improvement stores. I have been going to this Home Depot for years. I have tried other places but always come back.

The employees are awesome. I always get consistent excellent customer service. Happy Holidays!

General manager was wonderful regarding an issue I had with a door installation. He was professional and got back to me with a resolution quickly.

I found what I needed easily and chechout was fast.
