I enjoy shopping there , I have noticed that returns are faster at the Home Depot in Farmingdale than Copiague. The Copiague return line moves ok but Farmingdale seems to be a little more organized and Farmingdale does not have the day laborers hovering like the Copiague store does.

Can you please fix the entrance to where we drive our cars in as the bad weather always rots away the asphalt and cement

I do NOT recommend shopping here. Denise the cashier is super nasty, rude and unprofessional. It is because of people like her the Home Depot looses valuable customers. I will be taking my home improvement needs to other competitors! Shame on her!

OUTSTANDING STORE

This location is often low on stock or does not carry items other home depot stores stock. I have just had a particularly good customer service experience in the plumbing department but I have found other departments to be deficient in truly knowledgeable employees. Living close to this location makes it my preferred one, though I have often had to go to Farmingdale or Deer Park.

I especially enjoy shopping at this Home Depot as there are always associates in each department who are willing to assist and answer questions with regard to products. When a product is not available, they are willing to direct you to a location where the item is currently in stock and willing to make a phone call to put the items on hold until I can travel to that location for pickup.

I am in the process of replacing my entire first floor, subflooor to ceiling, and needed to rent a truck to bring my materials home. Unfortunately, the computer system was down for this location and all the home depots in the area, so I was unable to rent a truck or schedule a delivery. The customer service response was AMAZING, they went above and beyond to help me. They found a way to deliver my lumber in a timely fashion. I am so impressed by the high quality service at this location. 4 stars instead of 5 because they were short on lumber for my project.

A pleasure to shop there. They have the latest technology in lighting and controls. The shelves are always well stocked and the sales items are out in front of the aisles and easy to see. Items are easy to find and the salespeople are very helpful.

I 've built my own computer desks with file draws, with matching tables and shelves. I build a TV and computer desk with storage areas always using Oak Plywood and trim for my son, (materials, est. cost $400.00, and value estimated at $2 to $3K.), lost during Hurricane Sandy. I still have memories and Photos. I Always bought at Home Depot.

Customer service is very important. The guys and gals here are awesome individuals. No matter how big or small the project I always receive the assistance I need.

The store is very clean and organized, with sufficient associates on the floor to handle customers 3-4 deep in line although some associates say that they are not familiar with certain departments they pointed me to the proper aisle and named the associate to seek there. I notified the Store manager Stewart P. by phone the next day that a C-Town supermarket at 721 N. Broadway, Amityville that they had in there possession 50-60 of home depot shopping carts in the store. Just to mention it that when I called the store I Requested to speak with Steward the associate was not aware of who I was asking to speak with.

Of all of the Home Depot stores that I have visited, this is my favorite. The staff is really friendly and helpful. My spouse is not really a "handy" guy, but I learned a lot by watching my Dad as a kid. I would love to receive e-mails about upcoming classes at the stores in my area. There is a great feeling of satisfaction that happens when you repair or beautify some part of your home with your own hands. Love it!

Just an excellent operation all around. Carmela's my favorite, but I literally have yet to run into an employee here that is not incredibly friendly and helpful. They will get my money every time. Even when I need items for automotive projects, I check to see if I can get what I need here FIRST before I check auto shops. How crazy is that? Thank you.
