Home Depot is my first stop for all my home improvement needs

The store was clean the items I was looking for there was plenty in stock, easy to find in store. associates were helpful overall my experience was good

I always shop at Copiague location, because it's always neat, products are available and associates are very knowledgeable.

very helpful staff, if they don't know, they get help and stay until the help comes. lady in copaigue, ny plumbing is a shining professional. knows everything, makes suggestions, teaches how and less expensive quality choices. you took my phone number, do not call me.

The copaigue Home Depot is a very good store .they have fully stocked Plumbing dept.associate Paul did an excellent job he went above and beyond to see that I completed my project.He even went to the vendor outside the to borrow a can of soda to make sure that the fit on my project would be correct.Kudos to you Paul and thank you.

THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THE COPIAGUE HOME DEPOT STORE WAS A GOOD ONE. I PLACED AN ON-LINE ORDER. I ORDERED A INTERIOR DOOR AND WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SET-UP FOR THE DOOR TO BE INSTALLED. THE EMPLOYEE, ANTHONY HELP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SET UP AN APPT.

I came to this store to purchase a storm door & also to have it professionally hung by Home Depot. The experience was not great, but the Sales Associate who I finally found to help me was VERY HELPFULL.. He is EJ in Mill work and he is very conscientious, friendly and will go out of his way to help a customer..... If only everyone was like him. He deserves recognition as the majority of the work force don't want to work any more.

I had come to the store to find a shelving unit for storage. i had a difficult time finding what i went in for and asked an associate in paint where i may be able to find what i was looking for. His name was Devon. Not only did Devon know where to go, he lead me there, helped me find it and put it in the cart for me, no questions asked. he was extremely friendly, courteous, and had a good sense of humor too! he went out of his way to help, and it wasnt even in his department. he also loaded 2 more of the same items into another persons cart without even hesitating! the world needs more Devons. Thanks so much for all your help devon! I will definately be shopping here again thanks to you!

I found the product that I was looking for on my own but wanted to discuss the installation of it. I saw an employee in the aisle but he said that it wasn't his department and didn't offer to get someone. He just walked away and never looked back.

The staff here was so helpful. Went to purchase a new BBQ. Not only did the Assistant Manager Jim help me locate the BBQ I wanted, he guided me through the process of renting a truck and went above and beyond by having store associate Phil France help him load it onto the truck and secure it for my ride home. The level of customer service was exceptional and I really appreciated all the help!

Usually know where to find what I came for, but if I can't the associates are very helpful. If I have a problem and don't know what I need, the associates will show me the solution.

Every time I visit this store is due to yet another home improvement. This store not only always has the product as well as great price point but included is a staff of associates that are there to provide knowledge as well as experience in relating to the customers needs. Having also visited competitors locations where the associates can't be bothered with questions nor is the price point any where near Home Depots, why would you go any where else. Thank you for making my home improvements that much more easier as well as a pleasure.

I visit that Home Depot store regularly, And I always find a great deal and pleasant workers there. There has never been a time that I have walked into that store and felt awkward. all of the workers there are helpful and aim to please the customer. I have experienced many times going in a department and stopping a worker who doesn't necessarily work in that department, and will help me to the fullest extent of their knowledge and if that doesn't work they will find a specialist in that department that can help me. Never leaving me alone to feel frustrated. Such as my previous experience in the store, gentlemen by the name of Mike, he worked in Lumber on Friday the 19th when I needed help with the items to complete my project. He was the best. He helped me and made my experience there at the home depot fun!! He helped me find the right wood needed. He helped me by cutting the wood for me in the right measurements needed for my project. the Department Supervisor Trisha Cosentino also was walking by and stopped to give a bit more advice. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. I was happy and pleased that my project came out to be everything that I dreamed it would be. and even though I have NEVER built anything in my life, Mike and Trisha made me feel invincible and that I could build the out door bar no problem. I will and have always recommended my friends, family and coworkers to go to your nearest Home Depot to got all their supplies for your planting, building and project needs. You can't beat their prices and they always have what you need!

You need to have more employees like Barbara Seiert who take such effort and concern in Customers and resolves their issues as Barbara did for me. My overall ratings apply directly to the help I received from Barbara after she spent over an hour resloving my online problem.
