Everyone I encountered in this store was friendly and helpful.We have gotten many supplies for different projects for our home & we're always satisfied with them.The checkout was fast .I would recommend this store to anyone that wants a great shopping experience,

Entering a HomeDepot as a female can be very daunting yet this store employs females which seem to understand exactly what I need and take the time to listen and direct me to the correct product.

Treated like a theif trying to return a defective $6 light bulb. The cashier, Beth, acted like I was trying to get one over on them when the bar code didn't match. Told I had the wrong receipt. Asked what happened to this bulb. I said I don't know, that's how it came out of the packet. Accused of trying to pull a fast one. Told "surely you can read, these barcodes don't match". Supervisor equally as rude. After I retrieved a replacement packet from the shelf, supervisor said "your problem is you didn't bring the insert that showed it's a 2 pack, that's why it didn't recognize it. You should have brought back the insert." REALLY?? My problem? No, your problem is you need retraining in customer service. I've returned other WAY more expensive things with no hassle. You hassle me over a $6 lightbulb packet? Rude employees, horrible experience.

The parking lot is horrible. It’s filled with dozens of trailers, potholes and trash. It looks shabby. The stores in Farmingdale and Commack are much nicer.

THE STORE IS AWESOME ... BUT THERE ARE ALWAYS A BUNCH OF MEN CROWDING THE ENTERENCE IN THE PARKING...

I often get flat tires in your parking lot. It should be swept often.

Employees are most proficient, accommodating and pleasant. Good prices and plenty of items available. I took the time to see what new in multiple isles from paint to hardware and tools. I'll be back to buy a new wire cutter, after 40 years. I think I got my monies worth.

I cam in with my 84 year old mom to find a vacuum for her. We were directed to the aisle, and an associate already at that aisle assisted us in making the display unit, which was secured in place, accessible in order that my mom could feel its weight and decide if it was light enough for her.

My favorite Home Depot , I shop here for my tools and home improvement needs , the staff are very friendly , and helpful .

Great customer service.

Always a learning experience. Employees know what I need and where to get it. Would only suggest that they have more time to discuss options and products but the store is always so crowded so they do their best under the circumstances.

Nice and clean store, with lots of annual flowers in stock. I find the lack of other types of perennial plants and flowers a bit disappointing, but perhaps I just happen to hit this store on a day, before new delivery. All in all a great store in a convenient locations.

The store was clean and organized. The employees were helpful courteous and friendly. I would recommend this store. Easy to find what I needed and help when needed.

Clean and easy to find what we wanted. David was a big help in the tile section, our favorite home depot to shop at!

In today's economy every dollar saved is insurance against the unforseen events one must also manage. Many of the houses on Long Island are over 50 years old. To keep them habitable requires competent craftsmanship and appropriate materials. Home Depot and it's contractors, affiliates and employees have time and again been there for us in these regards, from roofing to plumbing, to gardening to electrical and masonry. Thank you for this contribution to our community.

Restocking of the store should take place during non business hours. Two isles were closed to customers on a Sunday morning while the store was extremely busy. My shopping trip too 30 minutes longer because I had to wait while they were operating a HI-Lo and closed off two isles.

Well stocked. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service in the lumbar department. Two men helped me and even went out of their way to explain why I needed the size lumbar that was on my list and also took me right to the product. I wish I got their names.

Friendly, good customer service.

Perhaps we had that "little boy lost" look but my wife and I received a polite " What are you looking for" and the associate reversed direction and brought us to the area where some carpet tiles were shelved. Unfortunately not what we wanted, but not sure we would have found them without his help.

Store Employees are not courteous

Very friendly staff. Store is clean and organized. Always happy to pop in grab what I need and the best part is knowing that they will always have it :)
