My experience at your store was good the availability of help and information was for the most part excellent could provide more contractor quality tools also f would like to see developments in the construction field come to the store faster

They normally have eveything that I am looking for. Prices could be better but the quality is really good.

I go out of my way to go to Home Depot. There is a closer home improvement store to me but the associates are nowhere to be found, and when you do find them they walk away from you. It the exact opposite at Home Depot! It is a wonderful experience shopping here.

This store is a great store to go to for all your home improvement needs. I would highly recommend this store to others.

The Painted Post Home Depot excels with respect to it's people. They are always readily available, knowledgeable and friendly. No other store, including Home Depots match this group. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HELP OF THE ASSOCIATES. ONE WAS NOT FROM THE GARDEN DEPARTMENT BUT FOUND ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TO HELP ME. HE WENT ON-LINE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND FOUND JUST THE ITEM I NEEDED.

We needed shades mount modified. A competitor store,where we bought the shades, tried to sell us $100 worth equipment to modify the mount. John did it for us in 5 min after pulling a few tools off the shelf and saved us $$ in the process. My store loyalty just changed to Home Depot. Thank you John!

check out is very slow and only 2 checkouts went to self checkout after 10 minutes waiting in line

Every time I shop at Homedepot it is a positive experience. The staff are always helpful and courteous and show me right where to go. I shop here for all my building needs and equipment I need.I shop here very frequently! :-)

The store is well organized and the Sales associates are knowledgeable and very helpful. I do think that the selection of wood trim profiles should be expanded.

Our sales associate, Kevin Powers, went above and beyond to make sure I was perfectly comfortable with my purchase of our refrigerator. He even stayed over on his shift in order to complete my purchase and make sure that I was completely happy. He is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time giving me facts about each appliance I had a question about. We are replacing all of our appliances gradually and will more than likely use Home Depot because of him. Great customer service which is completely unheard of these days!

I had to find a specific florescent light bulb and requested assistance from an associate who was extremely helpful not only helping me find the correct one, but explaining the differences in which they come. I feel bad that I did not write this gentlemen's name down, but I would seek to look for him again should I need assistance.

Associates were amazingly helpful from the time I entered the store until I checked out, at a self-checkout, for the first time ever, and actually got help from an associate with that. Customer service that is second to none.

I stop frequently at This Home Depot for tools and supplies for my projects. The associates are friendly and are helpful. They usually have just what I'm looking for. would like to see more cabinet makers bits/knives for routers and shapers.

The store was clean and bright. They had just what we were looking for. The sales associate was wonderful and they even matched a competitors price!
