Back in January, I needed to buy this tile for my shower. I went to the Corpus Christi Home Depot on SPID. I only needed a certain amount of boxes. The guy told me that they only sold it by the pallet. Each pallet contains 20 boxes. I need 25 so he said I needed to buy a second pallet. I told him I don’t need that much though because I will have too many boxes left over. He told me that would be fine. Just bring back the leftover boxes and I can get a store credit. I asked him if he was sure because that’s 900 extra dollars I’m spending and he reassured me that I would be accredited back or get my money back well I just tried doing that a couple days ago, and they told me there’s nothing they can do the manager and the other woman there that tried to help me were very rude and said they have no idea who told me that and they can’t do anything about it. I feel like I was scammed by Home Depot just to buy the second pallet , I feel like they knew all along I wouldn’t be able to return it so now I’m stuck with 15 extra boxes worth over $900 .

My washer and dryer, finally gave out after 10 years. Plus my garage door opener gave out. So, I went to The Home Depot, I went to the appliance section. No one was available ro help, and even after asking someone to help, she couldn't and she paged another employee. That person didn't show up after 10 minutes. So, I took pictures of what I wanted and then went to check-out to purchase.

The employees were very friendly and helpful the selection and price of the appliances was great

I couldn’t find an outdoor timer for electricity. Tony found the item very easily for me. I didn’t just purchase one, I was so pleased that I bought two timers.

They had everything I needed and was so helpful in my time at the store.

As always These folks, the store are just incredible. I can’t get lost in the place looking for something because there’s always somebody there to help point me in the right direction. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else for anything.

While it is often difficult to find an associate to help you in the store, it’s not from a lack of effort or willingness on the part of the associates. They’re usually helping someone else or performing a task vital to the operation of the store. It may take a few minutes to get some help in a particular department but, if you’re patient and don’t mind waiting a few minutes, you’ll get the help you need. The associates at this store have assisted me countless times and have helped me complete projects I wouldn’t have dreamed I could do.

Employees work most expeditiously when I ask them to help me

This is my local spot for most project needs. And my employer also makes large purchases for jobs at this store.

Neither of them worked at the Door department, but both of them looked in the store for what I wanted and also tried to order it online. Unfortunately, the size of double door threshold I needed is not available through Home Depot other than a custom cut and I had to call someone.

I've always shopped this location, but not being able to use the center door to enter, having to use a register set up with cameras showing YOU, while HD employee is "bird dogging" you feels VERY uninviting. Add to this, the new traffic issues on S.P.I.D.., & well.., maybe, it is time to get acquainted elsewhere.

Home Depot always has what I need in stock or delivery. They are very helpful always to answer any questions about the products.

Self checkout is not a good decision, lacks the personal touch! Not happy!!!

Paint department associates I have had contact with, extremely helpful, courteous and informative. I have enjoyed working with them and learned what types of proper paints to use for the best results. Thank you all

Always find things I need for around the house jobs. Love the Ryobi tool line as I have probably 50 percent of the tool line.

Sometimes having one store in a city can lead to bad quality control for staff and how customers are treated. This store should always be stocked by corporate and super clean being that it is the only store in a part of town that unfortunately is booming for building and contractors. Employees should be having trainings weekly and vendors should be in there more frequently. Customers should be number one, then stocking product. The new self-check outs should help with customers checking out faster.

I like my Ryobi tools, only wish an other brick and mortar store carried the product line as I hate going to the home depot.

Bought a sliding glass door and it did not have the correct hardware to lock or keep water out of door. Fernando at the SPID store said thats just how the come. No suggestions except to file a claim

Get people who know about their department. 80% of the time I end up asking a contractor, who is also shopping there, for help when I have a question.

Everything was well organized and staff was great.

The choice of Home Depot to remove manned cash registers has made it clear that the Home Depot no longer cares for customer satisfaction and instead expects the customer to check themselves out. This is a trend that has grown and many customers do not like it. I am one of those customers. Talking to the employee at the SELF CHECK OUT they too do not like it and have heard complaints from other customers. BAD CHOICE on Home Depot’s part.

I needed to purchase some specialty Milwaukee cordless tools for my contracting business. They were not in stock locally. I was told they wouldn't be delivered until around the 30th of May. I was needing these for some large commercial construction projects coming up quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email early Saturday morning, the 24th of May, that my tools were ready for pickup. This will allow me to not miss any days at the job site waiting on required tools. Thank you and God bless.

We have bought everything from hurricane proof windows and doors to bedding plants. The staff at the store and those they contract with for installation projects have been great. We would recommend this store for any major project or just purchasing plants.

The women in the appliance department at Home Depot are excellent. They know their product, they immediately offer help, and they offer great advise. It is rare to get any kind of service in some of these stores but, the service at Home Depot in the appliance department is excellent.

Just put in my special order yesterday. Received part of it today. More to come.

From the time I enter to the time I leave, the customer interaction is on point. Not pushy but certainly helpful and always available if needed. So glad I live close to this one!
