the product that i wanted literally took 3 days to find in the store considering is was on a pallet and still had to go the following day to pick it up. just hope its there tomorrow when i arrive

My experience at the Home Depot #0526 today in Corpus Christi, made my day. I had the privilege to work with the best salesperson I have ever encountered when shopping for appliances. Jerry was knowledgeable and took into consideration that I had spent a lot of time researching the different products that he had available to me. I would look him up if I were to go again, as he was the perfect salesman for me.

The Employees at this location are super friendly & very helpful. This is a wonderful store to shop at for both customer service as well as great deals!

Good Service, Good Prices and especially good delivery on products that had to be ordered. Also, I'm a vet and I appreciate the extra 10% discount that Home Depot Kindly gives us veterans

Disastrously disappointing in Home Depot appliance department including their website and online information! Not clear and concise information on the products. Employees unable to assist so issues are past on as the manufacturer’s fault or deceptive practice...

Customer service do not understand how to make an exchange of a water heater under warranty.

Joseph in hardware is a great employee all ways goes the extra mile to help me out and all ways approaches me to see if I need help don’t even have to search for a person in orange weather it’s his department or not he makes sure I have everything to complete my job Home Depot is lucky to have him

Go there all the time , works for me.

I went to Home Depot to purchase 5 small, 5 medium, and 2 large "non heavy duty" moving boxes. Labels showed heavy duty and regular boxes of all sizes at various prices. But, large boxes unavailable/only damaged medium boxes/higher cost heavy duty boxes placed in areas with much lower marked prices. I asked for assistance. The man told me to wait while he looked for more boxes in back. After waiting much too long, I chose minimum supply of boxes and went to cashier. At front of store, I actually passed the man who was supposedly assisting me. It is not user friendly (nor smart with competitor down the street) to run a business with unavailable items/mislabeled types and prices of products/literally no customer service.

We had visited another Home Depot before visiting this store, and what a difference! This store was well organized, well stocked, abundant in friendly employees, and the products were presented well.

the employees are always friendly and the layout is great. sometimes i have a problem finding what i want because i'm not sure where i need to be but i usually can figure it out on my own. there have been times where a employee asked if they could help me and yes, made my shopping experience faster which i apprietate. i do like coming to this store for ideas on what do build (amutuar furniture builder, advanced) but i do wish you have more of a selection of furniture grade woods to choose from. i did see some panels and some stock style items but would like to see more different style woods r at least a local reference to purchase it from

Outstanding service from Julie Olmos Monica Ferrell and Raul the Store Mgr. they went beyond to help me we with an issue i had with an item and I’m very pleased they were able to help me. Great Job!!

Yet another successful shopping adventure at Home Depot - two days in a row - where I entered the store with unreasonably high hopes that I would find a particular combination door lock set with matching faux handles for a front door. As I searched the variety of choices I could not locate all the elements I needed. I thought, oh well, I'll just buy what I can and order the remainder parts online and pray they are in stock. A sales rep saw my disappointment and asked if she could help. Within a minute or two she sorted through items literally at floor level and found the all the items I needed. Off to the self-checkout and out the door in record time and was able to get the job done before sundown. A great feeling of accomplishment on a "work-day" thanks to the availability, choices, and help at the store.

I easily found the product that I needed. Employees were everywhere no problem finding assistance. the store was very clean and orderly and the associates were helpful and friendly.

Had a panel MDF cut smack down the middle on the long side. The employee assumed the panel was exactly 48" wide and he cut at 24" but surprise it was not 48" wide it was 48 3/4" wide so am not able to use this sheet of MDF!

Home Depot has so many products but it always has those things that are hard to find at other stores. And it has exceptional employees. I visited this store twice yesterday and was blown away by the helpfulness of the employees. They asked questions about what I needed and then directed me to the product that was best for my project. Then they happily loaded everything into my truck. I made several trips today and was greatly impressed each time with the service I received.

I give Home Depot an A+ , 5 star rating.

Oscar Sanchez in the wood department was most helpful. He was extremely courteous and spent a lot of time with me to find just what I needed. Too bad other stores don’t have an Oscar on their staff. He speaks volume for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Employees were very friendly and prompt. All of our questions were answered and we are now going to this Home Depot location instead of the one on 4038 S Port Ave, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. That Home Depot was so awful, waited 40 minutes or more and contacted 4 employees for help in appliances and no one ever helped us. The worst service we had ever received at a Home Depot. Instead we came to the location on South Padre Island and we are going to be going to this one from now on due to the friendliness and promptness of the staff.
