Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's on sale for the Spring Deals event in 2026?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, organizing your home with the perfect storage, and setting up new appliances indoors. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Make certain your home is equipped for springtime temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your home. On your home's exterior, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that could let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be dealing with damage.

Do you carry moving boxes?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at The Home Depot Kids Workshop in May 2026?

Don't miss our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Introduce your children to the joys of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a box with a lid that slides on is a great way to sharpen listening abilities, creativity, and fine motor skills. This fun kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
