I was trying to purchase a toilet. I could not find an associate to help me. I went to the service desk to have them page someone. No one ever came. I tried to lift the toilet by myself, but it was too heavy. Finally an associate in another department came and helped me put the toilet on the cart. But the worse was yet to come. After paying for the toilet to be installed, I was told I would be contacted by a plumber within 48 hours. It has been a week, and I still have not heard from anyone!!!

I asked where to find the product I came to purchase, and was directed right to it. I used self check-out for the first time, and it was much easier than i thought it would be. I did receive assistance, lol.

staff found what I needed immediately. store was clean and easy to access.

This store is one of the cleaniest Home Depot stores I have been to. Helpful associates were readily available and very knowledgeable of the store and it's products.

I had a "stumper" and needed a creative way to solve a problem. I was approached by a store associate when he noticed my perplexed look and asked if he could help. I explained by need and he asked great, qualifying questions and within minutes provided a solution. When I got home, the item he suggested worked! At the checkout, the cashier was funny and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Jackie Torck and Krystal Steele where very helpful with assisting me with all my questions, proper measurements and pricing in a large kitchen pantry that I was interested in purchasing. Rob in Kitchen custom cabinets went above and beyond the call of duty to help me determine existing cabinets in my son & daughter in law's kitchen and then recommend the best options for adding on new cabinets and counter top to match. Even called in advance to advise me of an upcoming discount special that saved me BIG money. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ROB!

The store is always clean, well-lit, and bustling with employees. I have only ever had one negative encounter with an associate at this store in 5 years, and I shop there frequently. The vast majority of the associates are engaging, friendly, and very helpful. They go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for, and if you have questions about completing your project, they are always willing to find another associate who specializes in that area if they themselves do not have the answer. Amazing customer service, great product availability, and a very well maintained store. Thanks!

Store was clean and well organized. Easy to check out and assistance to load was available.

We purchase a large item that needed to be transported by truck. When one wasn't available to rent, the department associates and department head found a way for our merchandise to be delivered. Where a service failure may have happened, Doug and his crew "saved the sale" by going above and beyond to make sure Ron's birthday present of a Huffy Tool Chest got delivered on time!

Products were super easy to find and multiple associates asked if I needed assistance on my way to section. Store was extremely clean and staff professional and knowledgeable. Thanks
