I had a wonderful experience shopping because there were so many choices and different price ranges. After purchasing the feeder, we now have so many hummingbirds; so much fun to watch!

I find shopping at Home Depot very enjoyable especially when I am looking to solve a difficult problem or looking for some help regarding a specific job.

We were having people over on July 4th and in the morning setup, I realized I needed a new gas hose for the grill as greased had spilled and burned it. Well, nobody carried the specific hose we needed in stock. After 2 trips to Lowes (place of purchase), all they would say was to contact the manufacturer to get a new hose ordered. Fabian recommended changing the fittings the hose would connect to and then I could use a standard hose. The 4th was a success thanks to Fabian!

Ray's the most helpful sales associate in the store. He's helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to be of assistance!!

I was looking for a water heater and after being in the aisle for only about a minute an associate asked me if I needed help. Fabian was awesome and Jim helped him load my tank into the truck.

Steve and Wendy went the extra mile to sell us a whole house generator.

Although he was originally unable to find me what I was looking for, he called over another store associate, who unfortunately was also unable to find a product for me. With some out-of-the-box thinking, Octavio was able to create something that I was able to use to complete my project.

I like the Home Depot, because I can always get what I need to fix a problem, but not even the well stocked shelves and helpful employees can fix that entrance, which is woefully in need of help. That might be the fault of city of Crystal Lake, but it a mess none the less, and needs fixing.

I found the product I wanted on line. I noted the price. I knew about where it would be in the store. I had no problem finding the item. It was at the price I expected as well.

I have never gotten the quality care to repair my home as with Fabian at H.Depot Thanks

Alice in the garden department was by far the the best person I could have hoped to deal with, she made it fun to do something I was not looking forward too. Thanks again Alice!!! Go Girl!!!

Not a single employee acknowledged my presence. No help was offered, although I had a serious technical electrical question. Called an electrician while waiting for employee assistance which was never offered. Bought item which electrician suggested, and was not spoken to once by cashier at self-checkout. In the past, I have bought several blinds, and was told by associate to take them home & cut them myself. Walked out without cedar siding I needed for the house because nobody was to be found to ask if they had any more than the 4 sheets on the shelf. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life is at the Crystal Lake, Illinois Home Depot!

Helped me find and put together my mom's unusual mother's day gift! It was a hummingbird mister. Odd, right? But be got me what I needed. He was a lifesaver. He helped me find what I was looking for and actually assembled most of it! He was a true lifesaver for this clueless homemaker. He did it all with a smile too! What a great guy! After some crafty touches done by myself my mother loved her gift. Thanks Vic!

My experience with the store associates at Home Depot has consistently been that they are knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help. They have assisted me with several home projects, ranging from: helping me find a scrap of wood just the right size to replace the seat on a rocking horse, cutting drywall I needed to enclose a space below the basement staircase, re-wiring a lamp, installing a faucet, and installing a garbage disposal. They took the time to show me what I needed to do in order to finish my project successfully.

I went into the store specifically looking for legs to a table and despite the fact I had no clue where to find it my trip was quick and pleasant! I was helped so fast and left with a smile
