Great if you like big ol' dogs wandering around.
Place is great if you like big old dogs wandering around without leashes or if you want limited help or basic politeness. If you want an animal free, good customer service, low price experience better go elsewhere.

Poor customer service
Very disappointed in staff at this location. Poor customer service and they were not knowledgeable in the location of products or the products themselves. They do know how to stand around and talk to one another thou.

Worst Home Depot in the company
Still resolving with their corporate office items never delivered and excess fees charged in error. Other Home Depots are good but this one so many problems and the most recent one has been terrible!

Bags of quickcrete
I bought a pallet of 60lb bags of quickcrete and the bottom 2 rows had gotten wet and I was only able to use half of each bag from those rows. They also charged me $99 to deliver it to a job site that was 7 minutes up the road.

Storm door lock replacement
I bought two Anderson storm doors in December of 2024. The side door lock came apart and would not lock the door. Associate Donna Stewart made sue that someone would come to my house and change the lock. I really appreciate the effort that she did. She was great.

Not halo full employee
I needed to purchase a battery and a battery charger for my edger I had to wait for someone to come help me when someone did come there was barely any communication I asked for what I needed it was pointed out to me the person seemed very much not interested Ever greeted me never thanked me when I asked for something else it seemed like an inconvenience

Gold Star Service
I cross town to shop at this particular store. While the other sites nice, this store hires the most customer focused employees. They take extreme pride in knowing the stock and patiently anew all of my “Dumb Girl” questions. I never feel stupid asking for help.

Staff not helpful
Staff were not helpful. Would not allow me to speak with a manager when I called in about an issue. Other staff unable to take care of the issue. Had to call the 800 number for corporate.
