This store is clean but often the isles are cluttered with stock or closed for stocking shelves. The most upsetting is that it always seems as though no one is available to help. I see employees moving about or talking with one another, but whenever I need help they suddenly disappear. A few times when I was able to get someone to help, they were unable to because of lack of knowledge of the product I was seeking or they did not know if it was stocked (they would often leave saying they would try to get someone to help, but most of the time no one came back.) In order not to become frustrated with these problems, I have made myself aware of the set-up of the store & just look for what I need on my own If I can't find it I will often go to Lowes or Sears!!!!

the people at the store were very attentive and knowledgeable about their product location in the store....very pleased with this location as always

I have been to many and this one is in my home town and is the friendliest - especially Diane in returns. She always does a professional job and makes your visit worthwhile!

I do not remember the name of the paint department gentleman but he is always very helpful.

I live closer to the home depot on waterloo road but I like shopping at the howe road store because it seem I can fine stuff a lot faster and I can all ways get help when I need it and every one is a whole lot friendlier there thanks

I think Home Depot is my go to supply store for anything I need at home. I'm really excited about this place for any reason whatsoever! Home Depot?...yes!

when i entered the customer service area i was greeted by several employees in the area. they were very plesant and the interaction between the clerks was one of cheerfulness, after completing my transaction i decided to get other items. when i asked for direction to where i could find what i wanted., i was pleasantly surprised that the employees actually took the time to take me to one location while another actually went to get another item and have it at the counter when i returned,

IT was a great experience to visit this store...everyone really friendly...associate went out of her way to help me with an "out-of-season" product" which is never seen in other stores...really great store!!!

The associate was very helpful assisting us in selecting floor tile, completing the order including the paneling we selected, and selecting a convenient delivery date. Products were delivered today on time and in great shape.

AS EXPECTED, HOME DEPOT HAD WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT A REASONABLE PRICE, WITH RELATIVELY NO EFFORT ON MY PART TO WALK IN, AND CHECK OUT

The Store is near to me. It is very useful for me to get necessary items. I don't have to go other store in order to get suitable items to purchase for my house.

Had trouble finding an associate to assist me in the mill work or doors and window area

went in to buy 2 drills for different purposes and associate helped me find exactly what I needed. was out in 20 minutes as there was also an open check out lane. cashier was very nice and efficient.

Everyone at home depot was so helpful to me. They had ideas and suggestions to make my visit easier.

Christmas outdoor decorations were slim, but we did find something we could us. Store associate stopped what he was doing to assist us, and this was appreciated. At this time of year it is difficult for any store to keep up with certain demands of supplies, but this store was trying.

I purchased a single item. I usually find what I'm looking for and a few things for future projects.

Stop by the customer service desk to get 12 month special financing on the patio door and pergo Xp and had a great salesmen on the floor who knew exactly what to grab and there's nothing better than getting home and installing the product without having to go back to grab a missing item or piece. This turned out to be a flawless installation today and an exceptional shopping experience today, thanks Home Depot.

Today was Black Friday and for it being as crazy as it was the workers did a great job. I had no problem finding anything, everyone was super helpful. I will bring my business back again and again.
