Always a wonderful experience! Great American company! I'm a USMC veteran and appreciate the discount! They went above and beyond in helping in both my son's eagle scout projects!

I arrived late, right before closing. Thinking I may not get anyone to help me since everyone would be trying to go home. I was surprised when Tom from the hardware section assisted me with my issues. We found what I was looking for in the paint. He explained the differences between the products and offered advice. When I mentioned another need, we went to plumbing and found what we hope will work there. It was nice to deal with one person for all of my needs, even if different departments are involved Kudos to Tom!

Always a pleasure to shop at 0137 Dalton, Ga store. The customer service is always excellent.

We were in the process of finding items needed to replace plumbing in our shower. Barry was extremely helpful and found everything we needed. He was exceptional in attitude and knowledge.

I like using our Home Depot. People are friendly and helpful. This trip, Bernie Guerrero was especially patient and helpful. She was careful not to give us an answer that she wasn't sure about. I liked that she clarified what it was we were doing and what we needed with us and other associates. I was also pleased that she led us to a better priced material.

I recently (May 2025) had a horrible buying experience with an online H.D. mfg, : Fufugaga. They were inept, apathetic and actually rude in correcting a shipping error. In the end l returned the partial, incom order intending to do business elsewhere. But, because of hands-on help from Home Depot management, Ron, Blake and Haley, l reordered with a good discount. The help l received from the management people l mentioned, restored my faith in customer service and in big business. I now await my next delivery.

Kelly, the garden shop manager, always goes out of his way to assist when you need help. The plants are very healthy and the prices are the best.

Blake the assistant store manager helped me all the way through the process very pleased with the store management. I will continue to buy from this store.

Went shopping for a dryer on a need it now situation, nothing in stock, couldn't wait over a week so we purchased elsewhere 😑

We came in to buy a dryer as our dryer stopped working. It was around 7:30pm when we arrived on our first visit. We had to come back and it was around 8:30pm. The Home Depot employee in the appliance department was helping another customer. When he finished with them it was about 8:50pm. He helped us to make the purchase of a new dryer that should be delivered this Saturday!! We greatly appreciate his patience and willingness to work with us right at closing!!

I was very surprised at how helpful everyone was. It was a great shopping experience.

Was greeted by a gentleman as soon as we entered the door. He even spoke to our dog and wanted to know his name. He asked if we needed any assistance. He wasn't pushy at all, just an all around polite human being😊

Employee in appliances did not help. She had zero knowledge of the products!

Estimated, ordered, installed in less than 2 weeks!

Need to hire people that likes helping people.
