This store is always short on electrical items. Wire, boxes, breakers etc. They do not honor homedepot online pricing.

I love coming to this store! The associates are always so welcoming and kind. I'm always greeted when I come in, and love feeling welcomed. I would like to give a thanks to the ones that helped me out on this trip! Anita and Stephanie helped me today when I needed some help with wood. Tammy in paint was amazing when I needed a custom color made and helped me get a couple more things I didn't even think I needed at the time. Christine at the pro desk did an outstanding job checking my items and keeping conversation with me! She reminded me of the survey in order to have a go for a chance to win! The store associates always go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!!

Employees seemed like they didn’t want to really help.instead of showing where the stuff is at they just tell you to go look over there...customer service was a joke too bussy gossiping instead of helping

The store the are alway really friendly, but the items need to be more organized and the inventory needs be updated.

I got a really good price on my quartz countertops. Norma and Kaye both made my shopping experience a good one and were very helpful, going above and beyond my expectations to be helpful. The 24 months with no interest financing is a real plus as well.

Employees are so helpful and friendly will go out of their way for you!

Kaye was amazing and showed us how to interlock tile as well as went the extra mile telling us what tools we needed to perform the job! We were beyond pleased!

GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE! Would definitely recommend this store above another. Very friendly oriented and helpful customer service and very great knowledge about the products that they sell to customers.

If you want the basic customer service stay out of this store. They are horrible. You might get lucky and find one of the rare exceptions like, Gary, but other than that you will be ignored.

This is the BEST Store to buy all your building materials and more, and there is always friendly people to help you. The Homedepot is by far the best store for all your needs,

Everyone is wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable about the product even if it's not their department. I enjoy going to the Dalton store because it's always clean and organized. I only live 6 miles away, so I will come here rather then any where else.
