I was greeted with a smile as usual and asked if I needed help. I was asked several more times during my visit. It was and always is a pleasure.

i went to the store to purchase a small plumbing item. after walking the aisles several times i could not fine the item i needed. i had to go to the front of the store to find an associate. he said that he would call someone to assist me. i waited and waited, along with another gentlemen needing assistance and no one ever showed up. i went to the same associate again and all he would say was that he asked her to page someone. i went across town to Lowe's, easily found the item i needed and went on my way.

Garden center stocked extremely well. Store as a whole was extremely clean and associates easy to find if needed

Portia was our sales associate, she was friendly, very helpful and knew the products. She went above and beyond to help us locate the items we needed. A few of the items we wanted were not in stock and she took us over to the computer to show us what was available online. She placed the order online for the items not in stock and went with us to check us out. We will return to Home Depot for future items. This is what great customer service is!

From the first step in the associates were awesome. All the way through the store and and especially the check out with the cashier Frances. She was great.

This store has always gone above & beyond the call of duty when it comes to product availability, cleanliness, lighting, and prices. I have shopped here since it opened, even doing a home remodel several years ago. I can't say enough about how great this store is if you need anything. You can get in, get out, and get things done if you shop here.

The selection of carpets to choose from was great. The store associates were really helpful and knowledgeable about the selections and the installation options. So glad we went with Home Depot for our purchase and install.

The store associates were more than helpful and remembered us from previous visits. They treat us like family and we joke about having a Home Depot Family Reunion. Stephanie, Carol, Ernesto and others were patient and helped us resolve an issue that we had. They were personable, professional, and more than willing to assist. Kudos.

Tina went above and beyond to make suggestions to us that we would not have thought about! She educated us and helped us!

Home Deport had everything I was looking for and had lots of people to help. Even with a 2 year old, I had a great shopping experience.

Jessica, the greeter, is a warm and very welcoming and genuinely connects with people as they arrive into the store. She gives of herself in an authentic way and she is very much appreciated. Our dog immediately gets excited to see her when we approach HD. Jeff at the pro desk is very professional, knowledgeable and always has good ideas when we pick his brain about what we need regarding our home projects. I hope these two employees are recognized for the fine job they do for HD. They are keepers!

Store was very clean and well organized. I needed to hunt for an associate, but when he arrived in lawn and garden was very helpful to me in selecting a water hose for my needs.

I was looking for a new gas grill and had done research on HomeDepot.com so knew the features I wanted as well as the basic size. I also knew I wanted a unit that was solidly built with an extended warranty. The Home Depot associate (Scott R.) who assisted me went the extra mile to answer my questions and find the grill I wanted. I ended up buying the Brinkman Select 6 burner unit with the Searx feature. Anxious to start using it!

I had a great customer service experience with Tim W. At the Dalton ,GA store. He helped my husband and I find the appropriate electrical wire for our project. He actually took the time to explain why and how things worked the way they do. Tim is a retired veteran of the Air Force. Thank Tim for everything!!

We just wanted to take a moment to make sure that Jeff, Jessica and Tiffani are recognized for their excellent customer service. On numerous occasions these employees have really taken the time to listen, help and guide us to solutions. They really care and it shows in the way the execute their job and we hope they all three are recognized for the fine customer service they each provide.

Melody assisted my husband and I with our purchases and she was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed working with her and look forward to working with her on our future visits.

Store is always clean and well staffed, I new the greeter who welcomed us when we came into the store, the associate Tammt who waited on us had waited on us before and she was helpful and friendly, Anita at the service desk answered my questions was friendly and efficient. Value is important but money follows excellant service.

Anita helped me get my Home Depot credit Account started, and was very friendly during the application process. It took her less than ten minutes to have me shopping!!!! Portia Owens was the sales person in appliances today and she was extremely friendly and helpful, she took the time to setup my delivery and actually let me pay for my purchase @ the appliance desk. I enjoyed talking with Portia and getting the products I had come to the store for and got them at a great price. I will return!!!!
