I REALLY LIKE THE PARKING FIRST ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE PLENTY OF PARKING, THE ENTRANCE HAS BUGGIES WAITING FOR YOU AND THERE ARE ALWAYS EXTRAS THATS A PLUS. THE EMPLOYEES AS YOU WALK IN GREET YOU AND ASK IF THEY CAN HELP YOU FIND ANYTHING THAT IS GETTING RARE THESE DAYS AT ANY STORE AND IF I HAD A QUESTION IS WAS FULLY ANSWERED NOT HALF ANSWERED. AT CHECK OUT IT WAS EASY AND I WAS ASKED IF I NEEDED ANY HELP LOADING MY MATERIALS AWESOME !!! AND THEY EVEN TOOK THE BUGGY BACK WITH THEM NOW THATS SERVICE .

This is a really nice Home Depot. The associates are always friendly, always acknowledge customers when they walk thru. The store is spacious and everything is easy to find. The large overhead signs help customers to find the area where the item they are looking for is located.If a customer should need help with something, the associates are always ready to help.

The thing I like this store during Christmas time is the "gifts" that are displayed in front of the store. It saves me time and are perfect gifts with reasonable prices.

The service is excellent at our Shugart road Home Depot! The store is clean. The aisles are clearly marked and there are very helpful employees. They don’t wander off and leave you hanging with questions. They know their stuff!

Stop wasting your time at the other "Box Store". If Home Depot does"t have it they can get it..

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I went to customer service. The associate, Brenda was very friendly and knowledgeable. She came out and helped me locate my purchase.

The young lady that checked me out was super nice and friendly, I was in a bit of a hurry and EMILY was very helpful in getting me checked out and on my way. She was smiling the whole time and just as nice, I used my credit card and it has a chip I run it the wrong way and she never lost her smile as she showed me that I had to insert the chip. I used to use the competition but after the service I recieved in your store I will never go back to the competitor, the service have I much better and it was nice to have her smile and take the time to help me and still be smiling and friendly as I left the store.

I needed a sheet of plywood custom cut along with a few 2'x4"s. The associate called for the person qualified to run the saw and he was there promptly. He did a great job cutting my materials exactly as I requested and did it with a cheerful attitude. I have had this service performed numerous times and have always received outstanding service. Great store and super employees!

We got excellent service, and everyone was very pleasant and helpful

The cashier that helped me with my purchase went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth I do not normally use the self checkouts because they are a pain, but the cashier Emily helped me and everything went very well. I was able to find what I was looking for and get out quickly.

Great store, great coffee, the item we were looking for and very helpful store personnel. But we may never return because we live in Michigan and Florida.

This Home Depot is a clean and friendly store. The assistance we received was outstanding and the employees were more than eager to please. Did not have to search for items nor help. Like a "helping neighbor" to borrow someone else's saying. Thanks Home Depot for making the shopping trip a great trip. The store was clean, dept. signs and aisle product lists were very clear, and all the employees we met were friendly and helpful.

Price checking for an air compressor bundle package online and this store had the best price at 199.00. Heard great things about Home Depot and decided to give it a try versus Lowe's. Went in and the price in the store was 269.00. Proceeded to ask for management and was informed by management that Home Depot has a policy that they do not price match their OWN prices from online. That there is nothing they can do to help us and if we try to buy the cheaper priced version online it will end up costing the same with delivery fees. The assistant manager was condescending as he spoke to us even insinuating we were looking at the wrong item online as we proceeded to show him they had the exact same SKU numbers. He then stated that there was nothing he could do to help us. Meanwhile every employee standing in the front as this was happening had previously stated it was a ridiculous policy and they didn't even understand why they couldn't price match. After this experience we will keep our business somewhere where the management is friendlier and actually attempts to find a solution. We did purchase the equipment before we left as the price was not the real issue here. We felt we were baited to this store with a false price and then treated extremely poorly when pointing this out to the management. And to be honest this is the first store I have been to in an extremely long time that could offer no alternative solution when their own website showed a different price than the store. And the Assistant Manager at this store needs more management training when dealing with customers.

Great customer service from the door to checkout.

I needed some products from Home Depot that were not available at my local HD stores so I ordered the products online for pickup at the Dalton store. The order was filled timely and correctly and was ready when I arrived. I also purchased additional items while there. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and courteous.
