The Danbury Home Depot tends to be a well stocked store with caring, helpful employees. I typically need to ask questions and can always find someone to help. My fixit stories are extensive and most include a trip to Home Depot to get something as well as a how to question and a helpful answer from someone there.

We were in this afternoon for a new grill. We had decided on the Weber Genesis but the store only had one ready to go but with a large dent in the top. Lee your garden associate offered to help swap the top with the display model. We were able to take it home and fired up the grill for dinner. Thank you Lee , great job!

Can always find someone to help you and all are very professional. Love Home Depot!

I love it that Home Depot gives Veterans a 10% discount on their total purchases.

There are almost always employees available and willing to help at this store. They go above and beyond to help. In my last visit, I had one employee ask if I needed help loading bags of dirt onto my cart, another employee help me find replacement handles while carrying the incorrect ones and my broken one around the store, and a third employee call for help to get the bags of soil into my car (without my asking). All of this on a busy weekend day. This is not an unusual experience at this store.

I searched for a product at a another nearby home improvement store and was not successful and the level of customer service was poor. I asked for assistance and only received direction to an area within the department. I then decided to visit the Home Depot, and Met Mr. Jeffrey P in Plumbing, he was amazing! Jeffrey P took time to listen to me and walked me over to the area where the product I was looking for might be. Jeffrey P also took time to help me search for the exact item I was looking for based on a picture on my smartphone. What amazing Customer Service! I was very pleased. Jeffrey P is a good source for Plumbing questions and answers regarding plumbing!!! A great experience!!

Amanda in Appliances goes above and beyond to help her customers. I went in on Easter Sunday to pick out my first gas range and I was very fortunate to have Amanda's support. She is intelligent, thoughtful and thorough and wanted to make sure that I wound up with exactly what I was looking for. This evening, I called in to discuss the order and delivery and I later came to realize that it was 5 minutes before her shift was over. Not only did she remain an additional 45 minutes to help with selecting and ordering an additional part, and review of my prior order, but Amanda never let on that I was keeping her. Thank you Amanda! <3

Usual have things I am looking for in stock and go there often for last minute items. The people that work there always are willing to help.

I already wrote a great reveiw about the Danbury store#6209 and have only been to one other in New York City on 23rd(?) they were very helpful there too. Not sure what else I could say except that the staff was helpful and Happy. Polite in a real way, not phony at all. It has been my main "Home Improvement Store" for many years and it will be for many more!

The cashier was on older gentleman who made a simple remark about a sparrow flying through the store calling it an eagle. it was simple and made me laugh. I responded its America and anything is possible...

This past Saturday I had a great experience shopping at Home Depot in Danbury. Each employee I asked for assistance was friendly and helpful right down to check out. Each employee knew exactly where the products were I asked about, walked with me to show me where and was able to answer all the questions I had on comparing similar products. Great experience.

Always do my home repair, improvement purchases at Home Depot and find the store and its employees very courteous and helpful.

The employees were so nice and helpful. They went beyond to help me, should us where things where instead of pointing,explained how to do things. Our cashier looked things up for us, no problems. They were honestly trying to help us, and enjoyed helping us. Was a breath of fresh air.

The employees go out of their way to help find products, and to make your trip as easy as possible. They are wonderful with ensuring Veterans get a discount, and also helping to carry things to your car. They are really a great store.

Consistently helpful in giving advice and in saving money where I can, even if it means not buying something. I'm a novice at home improvement and when I ask an associate for help, they are always patient.
