Don’t bother calling this location because they will never answer their phones. I was very unhappy that I received a phone call the night before my installation letting me know when it will be installed, even though everyone was going to be at work at that time!

I want to say that the employee who helped me today named Patricia B was a very nice lady who was very friendly and helpful, I opened a Home Depot credit card today and she saved me $50 on my purchase !! Just wanted to acknowledge what a great job that she’s doing along with every employee I have had help me, there all very friendly and helpful!! I will continue to do business with the Danbury Home Depot along with on line purchases too!

This is a very clean, well-stocked Home Depot with a truly excellent staff. Scott S. must be a great manager because this store stands out among others for helpful, friendly staff. Christeana made our purchase a pleasure, and Lee and Sean made loading so easy!

Went to this location to check some appliances! my wife and I were helped by Richard Fisher. He did outstanding with us! his level of professionalism and knowledge was remarkable. Highly recommend this store and Richard!!!

Im a woman who does not have a clue about repairs and everytime i go to store is nice to have staff that knows and can truly help me.

Outstanding place

Flooring order was a complete disaster but the store manager Maude was EXTREMELY helpful in rectifying the situation for me-she really went out of her way. Much appreciated! James was also quite helpful and friendly:-)

Everything good, but still always have to walk around to find some assistance. Finally needed to go up to customer service to page someone.

The appliance specialist Theresa’s was very helpful. She got our sale done fast and answered all my questions. The delivery and install was a let down though. Had to wait to have my new dish washer installed two days after it was delivered. Had to take another day off from work because some were the ball was dropped. Even after I payed for install and the extra parts needed for it.

I want to particularly note Patricia B wass extremely helpful and helped me save money.

Home Depot Stores have a wide selection of items meeting indoor and outdoor needs. I find the #6209 Danbury, CT store is arranged well for both trades people (professionals) and the general public, making it easier to get around. I've always found employees friendly and helpful and, when possible, enjoy taking time to look around (getting ideas and prices) without any high pressure salesperson rushing to make a sale.

!/2 hour to check out because only self serve checkout with no helpful staff! WILL GO TO LOWES FROM NOW ON!

Have always had great and friendly service from the staff. Problem is that there are too few of them and I end up traversing the floor in search of the elusive person from the section I seek.

The new check out and customer service area are horrible. If it weren’t for Tom at the counter I would have walked out and never gone back.

Employees need some type of training on the products and special trades on their department

Have on occasion been misdirected or misinformed but generally a good shopping experience.

I was impressed with the huge variety of every kind of home need, building need, garden need! I wished there were more sales people, but, the ones we did talk to were considerate, knowledgeable, and very very helpful.
