We're renovating a bathroom and everything I've needed I've been able to find at Home Depot.

I'm happy I made a trip to home depot today for the simple fact that my experience at the register today was phenomenal. Donna took the time out of her busy day to assist me in finding what I needed while being respectful and polite along the way. Once she made sure I was good to go she even told me thank you for the visit today. I will definitely come back!

I have had some negative shopping experiences I’m the past. But I don’t know what has changed, upper management, different employees. Now I have many salespeople ask if I need help. It’s amazing at the difference & I go to HD at least 3-4x week.

Today I purchased 12 bags of rocks. There was No one to help. I loaded rocks on the cart. When I checked out I told the cashier I needed help loading them in my car. He called. I pulled my car where he told me & I waited & waited. I ask the cashier did he call. He said yes & called again. No one came. So I loaded all the rock by myself! This was the worst service. The time before wasn’t great either but this was the worst! After I sweated loading my cart & car I felt like I needed a discount!!

I went into this store for my job and clueless other than visually looking at what I needed and the help I got from the store was beyond. Jimmy B. Was one of the best employees that I've ever seen he got on his hands and knees to help me find what I was looking for. Later in the day I had to go back to this store to find another item and I actually requested him because he is really good at what he does. I wish I would've got the name of the lady that got him for me as well she was amazing as well. She also helped me the second time I came in.
