Everything was nice being at Home Depot

very good store to buy tools and they are very polite they have every thing organised and when you cant find a piece the employs help you politely and calmly.

The store was very clean and the items were easy to find. The isles are well marked with the items located in them. I was able to get the assistance I needed very fast. All the associates I needed were fast in assisting me. I enjoy shopping in this store in Decatur, Al.

I shop for job site material literally everyday. I am never disappointed when I go to the Decatur Alabama H.D. They have always had a wide selection of product from a variety of manufactures which make project specific requirements a much easier prospect. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I have been a customer of Home Depot but the last two times I went into the store and made purchases I was shocked at the type of salespersons . they have. I bought a washer and dryer for my son and the salesperson could only talk to me about her problems. On 1-16-20 my husband and I went in the store to purchase a commode. We had already checked online and knew what we wanted. But the salesperson tried to tell us why we shouldn’t buy that one. Consequently, when we had our plumber come out to install it we discovered he had loaded the one we didn’t select. I feel that Home Depot should reimburse us by bringing out the toilet we actually selected and pay for another plumber to install it. I also had a difficult time getting someone to help us and then no one offered to load it on our truck.

Amanda in the appliance area was so very helpful and extremely knowledge able.

My wife and I came to this store to purchase an item that was out-of-season, on the chance that we could find it. Jakoby, the person that we spoke with went over and beyond in his effort to locate this item for us and actually located us in the store to let us know that he had found what we were searching for. We had also been earlier to a competitor's store earlier, only to be disappointed that the item, although shown on-line as available, was not to be found in that store or any of it's fellow stores in the adjoining cities. Just prior to purchasing the item in your store, we asked for the manager and in short time, he ( Roland ) came to our location, where we proceeded to tell him of the outstanding service we had received from Jakoby. The manager ( Roland ) was very friendly and assured us that he would commend Jakoby on a great job. These interactions made this visit to your store most pleasing and we will definitely consider making future purchases from this store. Thanks for a wonderful day!

ITEMS ARE WELL DISPLAYED AND ARRANGED NEATLY ON THE SHELVES. CELESTE, THE CHECKOUT GIRL, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. SHE LOOKED ON THE HD COMPUTER TO FIND WHERE "GREEN GOBLIN" WAS LOCATED. I FOUND IT AND BOUGHT 4. I USED THE MAILED 10% OFF COUPON FOR THE PURCHASE AND PAID WITH BY HD CHARGE CARD.

I moved from Florida to Alabama almost 3 years ago and having a conveniently located Home Depot was a plus for me to continue shopping there for all of my home care needs! All of the employees I have requested help from definitely gave me the "Southern Hospitality" experience! I have many repairs needed to be done to my home, and as I was helped with choosing the perfect carpet with the carpet specialist, the beautiful paint I chose through your paint selections, as well as minor gadgets throughout your store, each employee represented themselves very well!! I compare prices with Lowes and your prices just can't be beat! I loved being able to feel right at home here in North Alabama! Thank you Home Depot!

We were remodeling our kitchen and didn't know where to start. Your associate was so helpful and well qualified to walk us through the entire process. She made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us at all. Her expertise and customer care focus made ALL the difference in our experience. She knows her product line very well. She truly cared about our purchase and made the buying process seamless.

We live 30 plus miles away because our local "big box" store, that is not The Home Depot, is lacking in many areas. Each time we have been to The Home Depot in Decatur, AL, we have been very pleased. Even when we have had damaged products to return, or needed help carting something heavy to the vehicle, they have been very professional & friendly.

I love this Home Depot, I have yet to visit and not be offered assistance if I "look lost" (I suppose?!) or actively seek help. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful, I found one girl who was new at the time and her reply was "I don't want to tell you wrong, let me be sure" and went to verify her answer for me, I like that! The store is normally always clean and well stocked for us.
