Best shopping experience I have ever had, while shopping for a long list of remodeling supplies. Very busy store, someone was there in each department to answer questions and I got everything I came for.

I spent a certain amount of money and the cashier offered a nice discount on behalf of the store for my business w/o even asking her if she would!

I had the store manager go out of his way to help fix a paint color on my first trip. on the next trip Bruce went out of his way to help me with the same color and help me save money with opening a card and show me how to save.

If they don't have it I don't need it. Very knowledgeable associates. Friendly and helpfull.

The service has been fantastic and the store well taken care of. During my most recent visit, I misplaced my wallet and was glad to know this location has numerous ethical employees who chose to turn in the wallet for safe keeping until claimed by it's rightful owner. I will certainly continue patronizing your location and promote among my friends your positive business practices!

Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, there are plenty of them so if you need help you can readily get it. Products are quality and I have never left without finding the product I was looking for.

I rented a scaffold but the system-generated instructions and parts list was not in sync with the actual scaffold parts. Since I had zero experience with scaffolds, I thought it would be far to dangerous to guess at how to put it together. So, I called Home Depot Tool Rental in Delafield and told Dave Jump the problem. He was very understanding and said that he would personally come to my house to help solve the problem, but he would first have to arrange this and would call me back shortly. After only few minutes I decided that I should take top down approach and appeal to the highest lever manager I could speak to, since I had no idea what it would take for Mr. Jump get permission to leave work and come help me. When I spoke with the store manager in charge, she told me that Dan Jump had already spoken to her and that he would be arriving at my home shortly. Needless to say, I was very impressed with how quickly these two people had convened and arrived at the same appropriate solution. When Mr. Jump arrived he was able to quickly show me how to assemble and disassemble the scaffold. His instructions were so good that during the next seven days I assembled and disassembled the scaffold multiple times, including in two different stairwells. It is difficult put into words how grateful I was, and still am, to have received such timely expert help in my time of need. I needed to start and finish a huge paint project on a very tight schedule and I could not afford any delays. Mr. Jump not only impressed me with his professional expertise and urgent response to the problem, he was also very polite and respectful toward me and my family. Thanks to Mr. Jump doing such a great job as an ambassador for Home Depot I'll be shopping even more at Home Depot and sharing this story with others. I hope that Home Depot Management will demonstrate their appreciation by sharing this letter with Mr. Jump and also by compensating him in some special way, because you need people like him. We all need people like him.

Very pleased with this store; good inventory, pleasant employees and quick check out.

The employees are always pleasant, accessible, knowledgeable, and helpful, although sometimes it seems like the store is short-staffed. Checkout is usually pretty quick, and stock is usually adequate.

I had a large home Remodel and received great assistance from the pro desk.

Store was well stocked and I had the best cashier today Gretchen was very helpful!!!

Ladies at the pro desk are very helpful and go out of their way to find what you need.

Typically in all The Home Depot stores there are not enough employees around when you need assistance. You always have to go looking for someone or go up to the desk and ask for someone.

I was in recently and Cara Berlin helped me for almost 2 hours picking out and selecting hardware needed for our new construction home. She was very helpful and gave great advice and suggestions. Thank you very much Cara!

Cashiers have been super fun and willing to help. Flooring has been a great help the last several visits and WILLING to take time to help above and beyond. Paint department very helpful but would be nice to see a smile once and a while to know I am not feeling like I am being a bother.

on 12/10/16 I took Tom's Tile Class #185. The class he offered lasted about two hours, and was a great introductory course into tile work. My only wish is that I should have brought a note pad to take notes. Tom covered a lot of material in two hours and really gave me confidence in starting my bathroom remodel job next year. Great no cost to you class that I highly recommend to anyone looking at getting into their own tile work. (don't bother with the you tube videos. Take the extra time out of your day and take his class you wont regret it)

Staff are always helpful, and knowledgeable with the area they are working in. They take time with me every visit if needed. The store is clean and well stocked.
