Every time I go to my Delafield Home Depot, I get a little overwhelmed by the shear HUGENESS of the place. Yes, there are great signs in place, but having the extremely available and knowledgeable clerks is a blessing!

The greeter that was at the door this day was awesome. She and her cane got up and walked with me to the isle and talked about the tool I was in to check out. After talking about the activity I was using it for she had more options for me to check out. Wonderful Lady!

The store was very clean, products were easy to find, and when help is needed, employees are there with a friendly, helping hand.

We've shopped at this store probably about 25 times over the past two years for items ranging from a Weber Summit grille to blinds for bedrooms to screws, hooks and lumber and have seldom been disappointed. Occasionally, the store doesn't have a product we're looking for but that's rare. The personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. The products are well made, plentiful and stocked in sufficient quantity that they are adequate to supply our needs and the prices are competitive with other home supplies stores.

The store was clean and well light. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly!! Even the cashier made sure I had what I wanted and asked if it was exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for several items to purchase and the assistance that I received from the Home Depot employees was extraordinary. Not once, but four times I was approached by the employes with the offer of assistance in locating the items that I was looking for.

Once again, this visit was special because I learned so much more than I thought I already knew about installing tile during Tom the Tile Man's 173rd class on installation. Great guy, and a great job. Obviously, he knows what he is talking about.

I appreciated the time taken to answer my unusual questions and to help me find a solution.

Clerks help me find product and reviewed alternatives, then at checkout (which was immediate and cheerful) the checkout clerk quickly signed me up for a home depot credit card and saved me $25.00 off my purchase.

I love shopping here, always find what I am looking for! And I love the deals through out the store! And I love the garden shop!! And all the employees are so great!!!

Every time I go into this store, I get new, helpful advice about whatever I am working on. Employees seem to care about the success of my projects and make great recommendations about strategies or products. It's never forced or upselling (or at least doesn't seem like it)--it's more like "when I did a similar job, I found it helpful to use this." And when I follow their advice, things always turn out well. I look like I know way more than I do about home and yard improvement after I listen to these guys.

I visit this store location frequently and always receive quality service. Today was beyond the basic service though. I receive amazing assistance by Ammie (blinds/shades department). She helped me through my order with selecting quality products and that I received the best price with the product for this promotion period. To complete my order I was paying with gift cards and cash, Lori (service counter) assisted by respectfully applying the 10% military discount, thanking for my service and even calling to see if there was an available balance on random gift cards that I had. Hands down best service EVER!

Friendly, VERY knowledgeable staff. Store was so neat and clean and every department has amazing supply of items to make any chore easier. As a single female, it's the perfect place for me to find what I need and to also have staff available to help with questions. We were given excellent customer service from the time we walked into the store right through checkout. If I lived closer, I would shop this location every time! The night manager and his staff worked well together teaming up with one another to guarantee our satisfaction. We could not have asked for a more cheerful and helpful staff!! Thank you for making sure we had everything we needed so we didn't have to make the long trip back. 10 stars for outstanding customer service!!

Product I wanted was on display but not stocked on shelf. Asked associate for assistance and he indicated that the product was on an end cap display because of the sale price. He also made sure that I understood how to register the product for the lifetime service agreement.
