Many of the associates can't provide quality customer service and are not knowledgeable about the store's products. Many will pass by without offering assistance and are constantly off task. I often can't find the wood I need and have to wait for long periods of time. The lumber/building materials department certainly needs more upkeep in its cleanliness.
