Front end people were courteous and friendly, one not wearing mask properly we used self checkout. Lumber area was almost at 100% non compliance of proper face coverings!

Great visit on July 20/20. Got all I needed. Plus great help on the floor. I wrote a very positive review before, but it was rejected. So this is all I'm saying now.

The associate near checkout needs to learn how to address customers in the store properly.

The gentleman at the Deptford Home Depot was very helpful and knowledgeable about lawn mowers, gas blower and vacuums. They didn't have the gas blower and vacuum my husband wanted in stock at Deptford so the employee looked up what Home Depot closest to us had it in stock. Thank you!

During this covid outbreak, going inside a store is very scary. I appreciate the steps Home Depot #0929 in Depford NJ took to help me feel better about entering and shopping their store. Staff went out of their way to help me get in, get what i needed, and get out quickly. And, having access to the clean restroom gave me an extra opportunity to wash my hands during my visit.

They always have someone to help. And restrooms are clean

Home Depot is definitely my go-to store! Employees are always helpful, and I feel very at home there.

Lack of live cashiers. They need to hire people. They have too many self check out kiosks. If you expect people to self check out you should offer a discount for doing an employees job. I'd prefer a live cashier.

This is by far the best home depot store. Always well stocked and products good quality. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer any questions I may have with patience. Every experience has been a good one. Deptford store #0929 rocks!

I needed help with some Winter hardy plant choices. The cashier, Brenda, in Gardening was very helpful and pleasant going out of her way to look up plant info not included on the plants I chose.

25 years customer. My biggest regret is not buying stocks

The Deptford Home Depot is conveniently located to where we live and no matter what our needs are we are always able to find the products easily or there is always a sales associate or expert to help me. We recently had our own bathroom updated and with the recommendations from the men in the plumbing and bath department we were able to renovate our rental home on our own. Painting and regular maintenance is so much easier and enjoyable with having the help and advise from your employees. We just purchased mulch and plants and the garden associate helped me load into our SUV because my husband is a heart patient and when I tried to tip him to thank him for all his help he refused and would not accept it. He said that "It was his pleasure" , now that is amazing. Great store

Pamela in customer service went above and beyond to help us with a return that was ordered online. If not for her help we would not be shopping at HD any longer. Pamela made right everything that went wrong!

Just moved to this area and I have to say I use Home Depot all the time but this is by far the best one I’ve been in yet only been there twice and both times very helpful and friendly customer service stores clean job well done

I have to say that I received some of the best customer service from two young men that work in that store Lamont and Mike thanks for making my experience a good one.

This location was extremely clean and had a lot more in stock I went to this location because the one near me selection was very limited also the employees there were very courteous and helpful through out my shopping vist.

Tabatha was so nice the credit card machine was acting up she helped me. That ment slot because I was in a hurry

I come to this location multiple times a year for any home improvement or gardening needs, and I have to say I have never been treated so poorly by an employee ever. At any store. An older woman by the name of Felicia, was the lovely (sarcasm) personality who helped up check out. From the moment we stepped up to the counter she had an awful attitude. He had gotten two feet of chain (with no assistance because we couldn’t find anyone) and taken a photo of the bar code. She snapped at us saying that’s not how it done but she wanted to see what he had anyway. When he realized he had the wrong barcode he went off to get it, but not before she shook her head signaling she was annoyed to another associate. I understand things not being done the way they’re supposed to can be frustrating but the attitude was not needed. When he came back and accidentally gave her the wrong barcode she snapped once again, and stomped over to the phone, giving me a dirty look as she called whom ever she needed. I got so upset and angry with how she was treating us I had to walk away. I don’t know who upset her before us, or if that’s just how she is, but she should not be working in retail, and with the public, if she can’t keep her attitude in check. I’m going to be coming back to this location because unfortunately it’s close to my house, and other places are too expensive, but if I had another option to go to I would. I’ll be avoiding Felicia at all costs and everyone else should too.
